Location was perfect about a 5 minute drive to park. Hotel breakfast was good.

I got in too late to even tell front desk but our bathroom did smell of pot. Just keep the vent open the whole time.

Great price for a hotel practically next to Disney area. Breakfast was enough to start the day before going to explore Disneyland. Would not suggest walking to the Park but driving to the parking lot of the Disneyland was so easy w/c was just across the freeway. I will stay again if we ever visit Disneyland in the future. Staff were very helpful. Parking was free but might be a bit harder getting into your spot if the hotel is full at night.

The staff was AWESOME (Alfred and Gaby) worked very hard to make my granddaughter's 11th birthday trip to Disney so special - the room had party favors - we were next to her (grandparents) - the staff simply could not have been any more wonderful!!!

The coffee machine in the lobby didn't work on the following morning and the gentleman working the morning shift had no idea how to get it working. Keep in mind we are big coffee drinkers and in room coffee is never as good!

Nice. An older motel that has been updated. has an elevator. Big rooms. very clean. we could see the fireworks at Disneyland from our window. that was a bonus

Breakfast was disappointing. Eggs were powdered, reconstituted. pastries were second rate. very little variety in foods. No place to eat in the dining area so food had to be taken back to your room, it was not warm by the time it got there.

Received a phone call apparently staff received a complaint from another guest claiming my grandchildren were loud. Staff was courteous about the phone conversation, however the kids were no making any noise. Next time I would prefer a room far from other guest to prevent any type of falsely accusing my grand babies making noise.

Staff worked with me to accommodate my arrival before 3PM. Staff was curious and polite.

1. I only stayed for two days and didn't have enough toilet paper. I had to request another roll from the front desk which they kindly provided. 2. There was an odor of waste water coming up through the sink drain - very offputing. 3. The sink drained poorly. It backed up with water easily and took a long time to drain.

When I made the reservation with booking.com it said my resort fee was included but when I checked in the hotel they said it was not paid for. Very misleading! I explain that to the guy upfront and he said okay it’s fine I will only charge you the deposit fee of 100. Next thing you know I checked my account and it was charged 2 times for the resort fee!!!! I called the hotel immediately and of course the guy denies the whole situation!! Im extremely upset that you provide them with your card and they take whatever they want from your account! So disappointed!!!

Great price for the closeness to Disneyland. A shuttle option would have been nice. Room was nice- super appreciated having a microwave and fridge.

The window covering in our room let in light all around the edges and so it was brighter than we liked. Perhaps blinds and the coverings would have been helpful. Breakfast was a tad disappointing. Most of the juices were gone. The mini fridge with yogurts, etc. was empty. It was a very bare bones selection and not much seating.

I liked being able to check in early and come back later for my key. I travel from out of town and usually arrive way before the 3PM check in time. Thanks for allowing me to check in early.

My key card did not work initially and I had to go back down to the front desk to have it done again.

room and beds were amazing! super comfy! staff was also super nice and welcoming! we really enjoyed our stay!

the walk to disney was a bit far so we ended up just driving and paying the parking at the parks. also parking was a little bit of a hassle at night. not a lot of space.
