The gentleman who worked in the afternoon when I checked in was amazing. First of all I accidentally booked two rooms on the same night and Booking.Com as they always do wasn’t going to get a bed for me. However, the staff here worked it out got one of the charges refunded and was first class, TREATMENT towards myself and my girlfriend. He deserves the upmost respect and the damn good raise. If half the hotel staff was half as good as he was, it would be enjoyable to stay in hotels in this area.

The room was clean, cozy feeling. Loved the updated shower. We had a problem with the heating unit, but when we told Eric about it he immediately came to our room and took care of it.

The hotel is located right by a busy freeway (a detail we knew about). Other reviews said it wasn't too noisy, but we found the opposite to be true. Maybe it's because our room was in the little stand alone building where the office is? Don't know, but the freeway noise was very loud. We ended up putting white noise on our phone in order to be able to sleep.

Very clean & cozy and quiet it was really Great, Perfect ... Customer service was Awesome thanks for the great service.. I like the fact that the fwy entrance was close by.. across the street was a gas station, mini market . Definitely would love to come back again maybe next time go swimming as my partner agrees with ALL .. Thank You, for all the great service!!

The room was large, no carpet, large bed, sink separate from toilet area. Ice machine, fridge. Rooms are nice and comfortable!

It seems kind of seedy outside even tho it’s painted nice and they definitely try to make it look nice. I don’t always like staying at a place with outside access.

Looks pretty, employees were nice and helpful, ac/heater works nicely, lovely sinks and dimmable lights

Floor was dirty (my white socks gotten so dark walking around the unit). The shower head had limescale (some nozzles on the shower head were clogged), lack of power outlets outside of the bathroom.

The rooms are updated and very clean. The hotel is in a busy area, like almost everything in Southern California, but it is situated so that I didn't hear the road noise. I slept well.

The staff was Profesional helpful and polite looking forward to doing buisness with them again .

The rooms were big nice and clean . I'm very delighted with the property. The cleaning ladies were helpful as along with all staff .

The room was very clean and very large with multiple seating areas. The reception and housekeeping staff were all very nice. We arranged for a late checkout with no problem at all.

The internet was a little spotty, which was a bit of a problem because I had a work meeting I had to take on the road I was able to do it, but with a few glitches. Also, bedside lights on both sides of the bed would be a great addition.

Room seemed to be recently remodeled. It felt comfortable and is was greeted with a smile upon my arrival.

Parking although it does state it’s not guaranteed. I think people in big trucks should do street parking because they take 2 spaces for their truck and parking is already limited.

Slow check-in. No visible clerk at the only check-in window while guest couple struggled with completion of forms. Recommend staff be visible and acknowledge the presence of waiting guests.
