In general, the hotel is very nice and service was excellent.

There were 2 problems. 1. The noise from the street (cars) went on all night long. The windows could be replaced or a double window put in to limit street noise. 2. The area around the hotel is poor and did not feel safe. Granted, we stayed at the hotel because of the need to fly out of BUR early the next morning. The hotel is fairly close to the airport and the price is right. But this is not the hotel you want to stay in for a vacation in the area for more than 1 night.

The breakfast wasn't very good - cold with little options. The options were limited and didn't have protein options.

Honestly this place is a good bang for your buck, but nothing more. My friends and I used this hotel for 1 night as we went to Universals Studios and it wasn't too far using Uber. They have private parking which is a plus and honestly the hotel gives off an old vibe, but for sleeping it's great. Minimal noise from outside although walls are thin as you can hear when rooms next door shut their doors. AC works amazing and gave no weird smells. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly and made the whole check in and check out super easy and in less than 5 minutes each time.

The hotel is not in the best area of Burbank and I honestly wouldn't walk around at night. We had our check out until 11am but the house keeping ladies were already knocking on our door around 10:30am so that threw us all off a little.

I've always had a great experience with Best Western and Burbank was no exception! The staff was very kind, the room was clean and spacious, and we had everything we needed for a stress free stay. The parking lot is covered and we never had any trouble with parking, which was a huge plus! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I honestly can't think of anything that wasn't up to standard. Check-in was a breeze, the hotel itself was clean and tidy, our room was excellent, the bed was awesome and the bathroom was spacious. My friend and I visited for a convention and we were able to share the bathroom mirror to get ready together and had enough counterspace for all of our stuff.

The staff was very professional, exceptionally friendly and helpful from desk clerks, to the woman who prepared and set up the breakfast, to the cleaning staff. Requests were promptly taken care of. Overall the same quality as other Best Westerns in more expensive areas. I liked the location as it was near to Burbank Airport and freeway accessible especially as I was working in Northridge. Even though it was a bit economically depressed part of town, the hotel had a safe parking garage on site next to the office which was well lit, monitored, and an easy walk to the front door. It was great to have breakfast served from 6 am, the room was large and roomy with desk, larger frig, good sized TV, Microwave, medium sized frig, safe and bathroom with a full counter space. I've been in motels/hotels where there was a standing sink and no counter space, even pricier ones whose bathrooms and rooms were cramped and tiny.

I was happy that Chloe started her shift just as I checked in. She gives the most warm, welcoming hospitality, ensuring that she's available if guests need anything. Nazareth at check out was friendly, calm and efficient. These two are hospitality stars.

Denise at check in, before Chloe arrived was cold and interrogated me like I was a criminal. She scolded me, told me my name was in the system incorrectly, that I needed to do this and that... nobody else has ever accused me like this. They just take my confirmation number and check me in. Seeing Chloe was a relief!

Free parking spot, friendly staff and ok breakfast - you can make your own waffles. Comfortable beds, fresh towels and cleaning every day.

Old and rusty design in the bathroom, they should change some things like the toilet paper dispenser or rusty mirror. There is also a school or a kindergarten nearby so it’s a bit noisy in the morning. Th breakfast is good but after 3-4 nights it’s hard to eat the same thing every day.

Delightful breakfast, great staff & close to airport. Laura the kitchen/breakfast employee was kind, helpful and very sweet! She was very friendly and kept the breakfast area clean.

The parking arrangements & leaving my rental keys at the counter. I did feel uneasy about leaving my keys overnight with strangers. No shuttle to the airport. The name of the hotel is “Airport Inn” but no shuttle is odd. Also our refrigerator didn’t work very well.

Location was perfect for Universal studios, Griffith Observatory etc, free garage parking variations on the breakfast friendly staff bed was huge and very comfortable Lots of TV channels and nice cold fridge for drinks etc

Only a minor complaint the Aircon was a tad noisy but we had such busy days walking around we slept through it but I think light sleepers might struggle Room 313
