I liked the hotel not because it looked great because it looks not very nice from the outside and inside its pretty run down. The staff was cool the night i checked in for my sister. She stayed 3 nights.. good price, location perfect and love the rooms in the front by the office because u can walk out a door onto a patio off of your room. Its great. The rooms are pretty big and clean. They look updated. Everything was great but i tried to pay the 2nd night for my sister for another 3 days and they said at 10:30pm they couldn't take payment that it was to late. I explained i was paying for her and lived far and she is disabled... I asked if he could take my credit card info and copy my id and charge my card in morning, He said no he could not and to call management in the morning and they would do it for me, They did not, I had to go back down there. I went to the front desk to pay and they took payment but needed my sisters ID. She on the way up to the front desk dropped her vape out of her pocket. She did not one time smoke her vape in the lobby or in the room only outside on the patio. The maid saw the vape fall out of her pocket and told the manager and then they DNR ( DO NOT RENT ) to my sister and could not tell me if im included on the DNR list and if my sister or i could ever rent there. We clean our room before leaving. I asked him to check the room and it was cleaned!! They could not smell a vape cause she never smoked it in the room!! They made us leave.. it sucked. The price was right, the people were cool and my sister was comfortable. It was very wrong of them to do this. We spent hours trying to find another hotel..then had to wait 3 hours to check in, It was messed up. I couldnt believe it. Thank You

I said everything above. I explained it above however to sum it up basically it was a great place until the managers decided that because my sister dropped a vape that they would DNR for that incident and it was after we paid for 3 days and were paying right then for another 3 days.

The room was impressively clean, although it smelled a little damp. Fridge was unplugged when I got there so it took a while before my refreshments were cold and ready to drink. The entire hotel is clean, the AC works superb, and the location has grocery stores, liquor stores and more than a dozen fast food spots and a dispensary ( 2 of them actually ) within walking distance. Great spot for the price, you won't be disappointed. Conveniently located off the 118 fwy where the 405, 118 and 5 cross.

I was looking forward to orange juice and maybe toast in the morning, Nothing fancy only because that is what the description showed. However there was a dollar tree literally next door so my boyfriend and I walked there and bough what we needed for a quick breakfast.

This was the cheapest offering in the area, yet it was extremely safe and clean. The property has a locked gate for cars and people. Inside renovated very nicely. Outside not done so much yet so don't be put off. Wi default staff. A great bargain right by the 128 freeway.

Valley Inn was clean ( outside grounds & inside property). Room was clean, bathroom clean, bed clean, floors clean, no stains on linens or curtains and no dust on furniture. Hot & cold running water and room smelled nice 😏👍🏾👍🏾

Seemed to be in an area of town where vagrants hangout ( minimally). Vending machine was malfunctioning but was able to get money back 🙂👍🏾. No real turn-offs about property!

Its an older hotel, looks like it used to be amazing back in the day , spacious room, very nice swimming pool, staff was cool, i was there for a funeral at the cemetery near by so it was perfect for my one night stay.

Needs to eventually be remodeled

They have a HUGE pool. Resort style. Palm Trees and patio furniture. The water was the perfect temperature.

It could use new paint and carpeting but the rooms are big, the beds comfortable and the pool is awesome

it was very nice. price was good. pool was very nice. but the only thing I will say it that it needs a little color painting. it looks old and the rooms need a little help too. but everyone that help us was super nice

Very roomy quite peaceful great value for the price my only problem was the bed it was kinda old an had a huge dent made on one side but it was ok I managed to sleep so thankyou I will be back

Decent service for a motel, good security; As a solo traveler liked it very much, pool was clean and empty most of the time, its quiet, staff are friendly and present
