The room was very nice and clean. Everything is beautifully decorated and looks super cool. Also really enjoyed the nice amenities.

The only thing was how loud the AC system was but that's not really their fault, also the parking lot light was very bright into the room, but both of those things aren't the hotels fault it was just something to be aware of.

The free breakfast was really nice. Eggs, meat, waffles. Not just yogurt/cereal/toast like some hotels. Very clean hotel, very clean breakfast area, staff were always maintaining and cleaning during the breakfast hours. One staff member opened it in the evening so I could get knife and forks for a left overs from dinner. Very friendly helpful staff. I also had to cancel a stay in a previous city, past the time when you could cancel for free. I sent a note explaining why I had to cancel and they waived the fee.

The coffee maker in my room didn't work after the first day.

Everyone was super friendly. Location is close to freeway. Target is across the street which is convenient. I used a lyft a few times and they were prompt and polite. The breakfast offered the normal selection nothing to crazy. There is no pool however there is a small fitness center that meets your needs. I've stayed at this location last year and had the same great service. If I could change/add anything it would be maybe afternoon snacks say around 5-6

The elevator was out for the first 3 days so it took longer than usual to get on. Upon checking in the woman was super nice. She asked about room services and assured me if I neeed anything she would be able to assist. I had asked for new sheets on Tuesday and she scheduled it.on sumday I asked for the bed change on Monday instead and the gentleman at the desk said no they only change sheets every 5 days unless medical reasons. We were still able to receive new towels daily. Felt there was a lack of communication regarding a customer request. The dayshift associates are much more friendlier than the night shift.

Location, close to Bel Air and Beverly Hills. Facilities are quite new / well maintained. Decoration is modern. Beds are really confortable. Breakfast is quite Ok, because there are waffles (otherwise the offer is quite limited).

Very long check-in (computer was very slow/not working properly, need to give postal address, etc...). We have been disappointed by the breakfast (very limited offer, 1 type of yogurt, very limited number of fruits, no viennoiseries...), without mentioning the paper plates and cutlery made of plastic...

The hotel was very stylish, clean, and safe. We were impressed by the space and comfort for the price. The location was pretty central for seeing things in the Hollywood area. Breakfast was great and the owner/manager who greeted us was very kind and welcoming. He even helped us get into an interior room so that street noise was minimal.

There is a major road in front of the hotel which likely makes some rooms noisier. Since there was availability in the hotel, the manager moved us to an interior room. The breakfast was great; however, the breakfast dining space, although stylish, is a little small / awkward. There are not very many tables for the number of rooms. It wasn’t very busy when we were there so it wasn’t a huge issue. The linens were clean and cozy but the bed slightly uncomfortable.

Property was Clean, well maintained Staff attentive and helpful Breakfast was Great! Location was perfect for our purposes.

No microwave in room to warm up food even though there was a refrigerator -No safes in the rooms

Convenience of fitness center. Staff very accommodating. Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean rooms and bathroom. Breakfast was surprisingly extensive. Parking close to building and easy to get to. Good location.

The price is more than we had wanted to pay for one night in the area. But since we had tried another place down the street prior to this stay, we knew there were no other options in the area. Ultimately, it was a good choice!

overall the hotel is very beautiful, clean and the staff are nice, breakfast was delicious and the staff always made sure to refill anything that went low for the breakfast buffet.

one complaint would be that there isn't enough around the area for it to have been that pricey. the only food place around the area were fast food joints and no good restaurants.

I did not partake in breakfast on Friday morning and my departure was before breakfast on Saturday. However, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The towel was thick soft and clean. The front desk and Housekeeping staffs were wonderful.

it’s in a kinda sketchy area but it’s not bad during the day and you need a key to get into the majority of areas in the hotel
