The woman who checked us in and out was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable about the area and best route to our next location

The facility was a little dated, but was clean and quite. The location was easy to get on and off the freeway and convenient with a grocery store and shopping across the street. The grounds were landscaped nicely and the continental breakfast was nice.

I only had one issue this time and that was there seemed to be something on the roof of the room I was staying in scratching quite loudly. I did call the front desk and they did offer to switch my room if I wanted but it was my last night and I was already settled in for the evening so I stayed in my room, eventually it stopped. The important part is the staff was willing to move my room if I wanted.

We absolutely loved the pool! It was the best part of our stay - it looked recently renovated and was the perfect temperature. It was exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The breakfast was really good too! Loved that the coffee and water were available for free. Great stop for a night!

The room had a strange smell, not sure what it was maybe cigarette smoke? Everything looked kind of outdated and needs renovation badly.

The toilet in my room did not flush properly. The water never went out of the bowl, only spun around in circles. My room backed to the freeway which was noisy. The remote for TV did not have a GUIDE option. I had to turn the TV off and back on to get to the GUIDE on the TV. $350 for two nights.... hmmmm

Good for a single night stay as I intended. Ample facilities nearby in walking distance.

"Sketchy" people in the neighborhood. Not unique to Grass Valley. A common encounter up and down the north and on the coast. I imagine security is good. I expect it.

I am over 60 with shoulder problems. There were no grab bars in the shower of the bathroom. It was very dangerous for me to shower. It would be great if you could add some grab bars for patrons with stability issues. Thanks!! I liked the folks at the main desk who heard my suggestions.

Room was nice and clean and staff was very nice when I checked in.

Room was supposed to be 175.00 after taxes. Noticed I was charged 250.00 for the room. No help resolving the issue.

This hotel was in a good location for visiting old downtown Grassvalley. The hotel room and lobby were clean and well organized. Breakfast was better than expected.

I liked the location. I liked the breakfast. I liked the staff. We liked the freezer.

We did not quite like the beds.

I have stayed at this Best Western quite a few times, its always a good experience. The staff is always friendly and accommodating and I like that its always clean which is the biggest thing for me. Also the location is great centrally located near the grocery stores and places to eat and the grounds are very pretty
