I like the location with stores and restaurants being so close. Breakfast was not served. If breakfast was served, our stay would have been even better.

I only would have three requests: more comfortable pillows, for the bush outside the seaspray room window to be cut down so we can see the sunset, and for the showers to be fixed up because the worn-out material around the shower door would make the water go through and wet our floors. We just cleaned it up which was fine, but the showers do need TLC.

We love this little inn! It is conveniently located, comfortable, has an amazingly attentive staff, and is ::above all:: so clean!

There is nothing we dislike about this property. Please check your expectations of Nor Cal hotels- it isn’t a so cal resort but this place is clean, friendly, and super adorable.

Convenient location with great view, interesting solution used as coffee table - metal construction with rivets in form of big drum. Right above door entrance we had swallow nest. Overall what was expected.

our room window was facing out to highway with view point parking on the other side, at night it is used by truck drivers as point for quick nap or rest and it is pretty noisy if you open window

Considering they were not serving breakfast due to covid precautions, I was grateful they offered a to-go bag for breakfast. They also gave us a spacious room on the first floor, which was perfect since my mother has mobility issues. Finally, LOVED the gas fireplace. Perfect amount of heat and ambiance for the cool coastal spring weather.

Not a huge deal, but the floors were not swept under the beds and couch when we arrived nor at any point during our stay. Other than that, it was very clean and comfortable.

Clean, quiet, relatively new furnishings, good size room and bath, remote fireplace/heater, 1/2 garden 1/2 ocean view, daily maid service without asking.

No complaints. All complements.

Location was great for our purposes. View of the river was lovely. Room was cute and clean. employees all very nice and helpful. Bed was memory foam but very firm.

Room had a few things lacking. Hook torn off back of bathroom door and not replaced. No breakfast - but provided a list of local places.

Location was great, the room was clean and I loved the decor. Walked in to a fresh room with the fireplace going and the window opened a crack.

The only thing that I didn’t love was the carpet- it’s showing its age and most places have commercial laminate which feels better.

Breakfast was not available at location, but lots of nearby suggestions were made. Recommendations for places to eat were excellent even for a very small town

Maybe some sightseeing brochure or informaton in the room or maybe I just didn't find it.

We came down from Oregon for a family event. We arrived late (after midnite) but the owners left a key for us and check in was smooth. Awesome people. Convenient location. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, beach and the gualala river. The morning we were leaving my father ( who has dementia) wandered off and was lost for 3 hours in gualala. The office helped me to contact the sherrif office and called around town to help me locate him and gave us extra time to check out .

location: great views of the coast. very pleasant cool weather. room very comfortable, well furnished and quiet. walking distance to outstanding restaurant and coffee shop. superb supermarket across the road.

price: $200/night a bit pricey.
