the immediate exterior and interior areas are clean. several of your staff “visit” with each other in common areas and the guest is “ignored” until they have concluded their conversation. Our reservation was for 9 nights, I miscalculated and didn’t realize. we were locked from our room until we paid the full rate plus your incidental fee. we didn’t intentionally make this mistake and as a courtesy to us, your staff could have charged us the same rate we had paid - but no, you had to have the walk-in rate. this wasn’t nice and we were denied the courtesy of a conversation with management.

The location. Someone needs to remove the debris from the sidewalk.

The Breakfast was disappointing for me. If you like to load up on carbs then you will enjoy it but pre packed sausage and cheese muffins and pre packed egg is not what I call full American. More fresh fruit and less Carbs would be nice. Decaff coffee too I thought it was expensive though for the area, over $200 a night!! Would I stay again, yes possibly depending on price

The room was very clean, well kept and very comfortable. the breakfast was good too; great variety with lots of options for my picky family. The location was great too, right near the mall, Target, Walmart and a variety of restaurants.

Our room was right next to where the ice maker was (it might have been against our wall) so it made a very and loud vibrating sound that made it hard to sleep the first night. Once we figured out what it was and got used to it, we slept better the second night.

I liked the staff, my room and cleanliness, it was beyond my expectation. The complimentary breakfast was better than expected, they had variety of items.

Maybe better access to toilette items and towels. Since this is a family trip, toilette items and towels are used more frequently and it would have been nice to have extras on hand instead of asking the front desk.

Breakfast items were good, most you could heat and eat there or take back to your room heat and eat.

There was no jacuzzi, only a pool. For those who do not swim but would like the benefit of a jacuzzi, it would be nice to have. Seniors really enjoy a jacuzzi for achy joints. Also need additional handicapped parking.

Cleanliness, size of room, nice shower, kitchen supplies

The sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. Went to Walmart and purchased $22 foam topper which made bed comfortable enough to sleep in. We left that foam mattress topper on the bed when we left

Was clean, breakfast food was better then most places I stay that includes breakfast. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Poor WiFi reception on this stay, not the previous stay. One night a lot of noise went on for about one hour, someone arguing loudly in the hallway off and on. Not sure if Staff was aware or if anyone called but it stopped about 10pm.

We were coming in from Las Vegas and called to see if there would be an early check in available so that we can get ready for a family function. They were able to accommodate us right away. Super clean the rooms were big and comfy. Will be staying there every time we come back to Hanford!

lady that checked me in wasn't welcoming. I've stayed at Home 2 hotels and I get a hello. not this time. also I had family stay here and they got a brown paper bag with a snack and water...I never got one😐

Absolutely loved the breakfast! Many food choices! Loved every single thing about this hotel and definitely recommend to anyone willing to visit hanford!

Absolutely loved everything, no complains!
