Location and friendliness of the staff. Room was great, well regulated air conditioner, size and having a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Like the dispensers for soap, shampoo, etc. Hot breakfast a plus! Very secure, key card required for everything. Outdoor pool, laundry facilities, re-entry.

Room was clean but carpet was very dirty, walking barefoot after a shower and during packing, my feet and legs got very dirty. Water temp was way hot and hard to regulate. Breakfast was pretty much the same for the three days I was there, so popular it was hard to keep things full. Pancake maker was out of order.

everything went as expected but what made my visit even more enjoyable was that when i went down for breakfast the ladies working the kitchen made extra food for me and my family to eat after the food was all gone by 9:30am. We left the hotel rested and fed! what an experience!

I usually get a king size bed, but this time they offered me two queen beds for my girls and my wife and I. Unfortunately a queen size bed is too small for my wife and I next time I will make sure to get a king size bed.

Stayed for the night on our way to sequoia national park. Was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was ok but a lot of individually wrapped items. I know it’s easier, but I wish the hotel at least provided plates, cutlery and cups/mugs that could be washed and reused. So much single-use plastic and styrofoam is infuriating and needs to change.

Everything was exceptional, a lot of plugs for devices, fantastic breakfast made fresh in the morning by 6:30 am. Spacious room and great bathroom. Staff knew the area and Nancy gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Refrigerator in room yet drinks very cold.

Only thing they need an extra waste basket.

We traveled to Sequoia National Park. Stayed here to rest after a long day. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a swimming pool. We thought about it throughout the day. But once in the hotel, we did not go to it ;). All was good. I would like to commend the breakfast. It was great!

Clean and big room, comfortable beds, more than decent breakfast spread, convenient location, close-ish to downtown Visalia and highway to Sequoia National Park

Front desk is understaffed, on the first night there was only 1 person. Long queue for check-in and took time to provide assistance (towels, light bulb). Walls very thin, not sure what the upstairs folks were doing stomping around and we can hear the TV next door.

The breakfast was nice. The pool was clean and empty. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly.

The surrounding environment is pedestrian unfriendly, but this is not the fault of the hotel, of course.

Bathroom light did not work. I mentioned it to the housekeeping staff, but it was not taken care of.

Perfect Location for heading up to Kings Canyon. The pool was nice. Close to town and restaurants. The hotel room was clean and quiet

Breakfast was a little late. Breakfast could have been better.
