I loved the location. Walking distance to everything. Entertainment and food. Right off the freeway. I loved the front staff. I wish I got the guys name there was 2, one was Hispanic with glasses and the other was white. One had the late night shift and the other had the morning. They went above and beyond. That’s a huge reason why I will come back. He made sure we got a room right away in our second night. We had to switch rooms to something bigger. He communicated with me every step of the way and what he said he would do he did. The guy who worked the night shift left notes pertaining the matter and they made sure I had no issue. The indoor pool was great, they had a small gym but a lot of the machines were down. They had free breakfast. Will be coming back

cleanliness, attention to detail, the staff were amazing! Fresh baked cookies, and light beer waiting for us every evening in the lobby☺️ rooms were super clean and also very spacious. the Dove brand bath products in the rooms were the finishing touch! this is the best place to stay in Visalia, we were there for the world expo and everyone at the La Quinta /Wyndham Sequoia Gateway took great care of us.

Lovely rooms that smelled newly cleaned and looked the part. Nice breakfast options and the location of the hotel was close to more or less everything that we needed. Effective and nice staff that was ready to help us and answer whatever questions we had!

The pools inside looked rather unhygienic. Especially the hot tub! We waited a bit for one of the rooms which, when we got the key cards one and a half hour after checking in, had damp sheets on the bed which felt rather "wet".

Although the maid left a note saying the room was ready, when I turned on the tv, there was no service. I followed basic troubleshooting directions but could get nothing. So one of the young ladies at the desk, America, came to my room and figured out the problem. She was very congenial and knowledgeable.

I travel frequently. It is surprising that the maids are not instructed to check the following as part of preparing the room: Does bathroom electrical outlet work Is cable tv engaged Is alarm clock turned off. Is coffee maker plugged in

Loved the breakfast. Had a lovely variety. Everything was warm and freshly kept up per the need of the guests. Really it exceeded our expectations. We expected cold cereal and an apple. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, waffles made fresh as desired. Really it had so much more.

Loved everything. The staff are just wonderful. Our room was clean and quiet. It was a great stay.

The room was huge with a nice sofa, desk and chair and end tables. Plenty of outlets. Nicely decorated modern. Black out curtains. 2 TVs. It has an indoor pool and hot tub. one of the nicest places we have stayed on trip. Walgreens Subway jack n box with in a few yards. Good Applebees less than a mile away. Safe area. Lovely town. Elevator and a decent breakfast.

Front desk manager Edgar Milian and Alvaro Arias went above and beyond to help me out during my stay. They allowed me some extra time in the room to finish a Zoom conference. I really appreciated their kindness and hospitality.

Only decent breakfast item was waffles.

Location was great to where we needed to go. The check in was nice and easy. The room nice and clean. We thought it was going to be a great experience..... until the next day during breakfast.

The breakfast experience was terrible. When we checked in the day before, we were told that breakfast was serviced until 10:00 am. Well we, went to the breakfast room at 9:20 and there was not much left. At the same time we got there, there was another family showing up and the lady asked one of the ladies that was doing the service to re fill the waffle mix because there was none left. The lady then said that breakfast was served until 9:00 am. and nothing was going to be refilled at that time. So, obviously we did not have any breakfast because we did not show up "on time". The worst part was the ladies attitude. That there made the whole experience go south. I will think twice before making a reservation at La Quinta again.

Breakfast just ok. Tv cable choices great. Staff very helpful. Location very convenient. Hotel and facilities appear well maintained.

Breakfast offerings and hours available. Had issue with room key/card not working after first day. Staff quickly resolved. Elevator sounds like it is going to crash any minute.

Rooms are clean and very confortable my family and i enjoyed staying here. The indoor pool is a huge plus. Def worth it.

The only thing that is a bit sus if the cash 100 deposit because what if u don’t carry cash but they give it to u right after you check out so not bad at all
