Nice location. Clean. The room was decent size. TV had good selection of channels. Good breakfast selection. Staff was professional and friendly. The pool room and spa were very popular and the jacuzzi jets were powerful and great for soaking. The jacuzzi temperature needs to be a bit hotter though. Room AC worked well with wall control. There was going to be $12 parking fee but was waived with Marriott Bonvoy membership.

Bathroom toilet handle was broken. Had to manually flush the toilet and reset the valve flap since the handle wouldn't turn back to close the flap. The bathroom fan was also very rattly and loud. There was no body lotion in the bathroom. Shouldn't charge for daily parking. Other hotels around the area don't charge for parking.

Clean, quiet, easy walk from parking lot to elevator. Although our room was close to the elevator, it was quiet most of the time. Bed was comfortable if maybe a little too soft. Would have liked 1 comforter and blanket rather than so many thin coverings. Bathroom lighting was not great and it was too easy to bump the bathroom door into the main room door if both opened at the same time. Plenty of room to spread out and lots of outlets to charge devices. Staff was friendly. Joi was very nice at check in. My husband asked another staff member to add his Marriott loyalty number to our reservation after check in and she took care of it quickly. The breakfast staff was clean and efficient. The clerk who checked us out was quick and friendly also. Breakfast was good although it would have been nice to have the choice of bacon or sausage. The breakfast area was clean and there were plenty of tables. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Visalia and would stay here again.

Better lighting and door positioning in bathroom. Choice of bacon or sausage at breakfast. A couple of thicker bed coverings instead of several thin coverings.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly, responsive. Also like availability of snacks, drinks, frozen meals, etc in the lobby.

Poor lighting in bathroom. Very slow navigation on TV guide. Extremely slow and cumbersome charge system for snacks - the poor staff had to scroll over and over to find and ring up prices. One poor girl couldnt even generate a receipt. Must fix. I mean their just snacks! Also too much outside noise coming from leaf blowers very early but couldnt tell if on site or adjacent.

Staff is always so friendly. The food is good. Location is great, easy access to freeway. My family loves staying here.

Everything is awesome. Beds are comfy. The only thing they could upgrade are the pillows, not firm enough. But that doesn't stop me from staying here :)

Location close to major highways and a brief drive to downtown Visalia. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Restaurant chains Applebee's and Denny's within walking distance.

Front of hotel parking not too large. Rear of hotel parking could use more lighting.

Great location easy on off highway, restaurants near by and gas station near by. Close to downtown Visalia. Very quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good value. Would stay there again on next trip to Visalia.

The hotel was quiet and very clean. The indoor pool was great for the kids for this time of year. Breakfast was nice

The tile around the pool was slippery. Kids fell a couple of times. I even slipped just walking around it. Need to address this for sure.

Elevators were broken, booking.com said no parking charges yet hotel had to waive fee, breakfast was good but very limited in items compared to other hotels offering breakfast

I think the room was spacious and nice, there was a nice indoor pool, breakfast was OK (not spectacular). The area was outside downtown, there was some restaurants around. The value for money was OK.

Great location. Clean/spacious room with microwave, fridge, coffee maker. Good air quality; smelled fresh and clean. Close to gas station, convenience store, restaurants. Free parking and free continental breakfast. AC in corridors and hallways. Felt really nice and cool walking in…especially in a 100 degree weather. Friendly staff.
