Service at check in was excellent. She was so kind and very helpful. She had no problem adding my husband to the room with his id and credit card. It was very clean, rooms were well kept

I had the room key with me and the initial reservation was in my name but we paid with my husband’s card and gave them his id and he was added when we checked in but when he went back to the room Saturday afternoon to get changed for a wedding we attended the person at the front desk was giving him a hard time to get an extra key to our room, which made him late to the wedding and he missed the ceremony of two of our closest friends.

Staff was nice and helpful.

There was a lot of construction going on. As we were leaving the owner/worker was blowing dirt all over our car. As we walked out and he saw us, he did not stop until my husband raised his voice and told him something and he still kept revving his blower rushing us along. Very rude

Everything Was Up To Par .

I liked the rooms and the size of both bedroom and bath room. Loved that the rooms had microwave and fridge in them. Liked the coffee pot as well

Didn’t like that had to go thru lobby to get up elevator. If went in side entrance you had the stairs near by. Didn’t like that the pool was closed for the season

The receptionist was very nice and friendly! The housekeeper greeted us with a smile I think what we paid was expensive $250 per one night.

The bathroom need more supplies: Shampoo Conditioners and definitely more soap The price was too much! 250 per one might

New renovations, make it look more modern.

Still old doors and exiting/safety equipment on all points of egress. Owner is rude to his clients. His staff is a very good one. They value their job, even if their new ownership is hard on them.

hall way doors were holding on by 1/8 inch ply wood sheets leaning against walls, various stains on the floors black and reddish in colors

Pet friendly- This is so good to find, as while the plumbing I'm my house is being changed- the dogs can stay with us. The security, access and monitoring are really good. . Great to have the use of a refrigerator and microwave. TV was also good sized. 👍

The toilet is too low. Tub seems too slippery-I think that it's because the water's so soft. Is there a softener in use?
