Customer service was outstanding! We stayed for a week and got to know the staff. Very friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. The hotel was very clean, smelled clean, and was kept up daily. The King suite was comfortable and clean. There is a pool - we didn't use it- and a very nice fire table which we used almost nightly to enjoy some wine. The on-site gym was good and breakfast was fine. The usual: scrambled eggs, potatoes, various sausage breakfast sandwiches, waffles, oatmeal, muffins, etc. It wasn't gourmet but it served its purpose. Jordon at the front desk was fabulous as well as all of the front desk staff. Unfortunately, we didn't get everyone's name but the gentleman in charge of housekeeping was fabulous as well! Great location and very close to wine country, dining options, and the 215 freeway.

The $14/day parking fee

The gifts for 10 year old that were set up by staff to surprise him. He enjoy that a great deal! The 24-hour firepit was so relaxing for my husband and I while the kids were within eyesight playing in the pool/jacuzzi at the same time.

The only thing I wasn't too happy with, was the shower. Both the shower head and the shower knob seemed to be coming off of the wall. The breakfast was decent....not the best, but it was ok. Other than that, it was great.

It was in a convenient location. Previously, there were no decent hotels in the area. It was clean, quiet, and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, and in a bright, comfortable room. The room was cute and comfortable. The bathroom was large with lots of counter space and a large walk-in shower. The bed, however, was somewhat soft and saggy. It didn't keep me from sleeping, though.

WHAT’S UP with this. You have to pay for a parking spot for your car. Can you believe this. I was shocked. Never have I paid for parking my car in a hotel. And this is a Marriott hotel, one of the more luxury hotels. They have to try to get more money from us by charging us with a parking space. Besides that it was $28.00.

The front desk staff is absolutely amazing. Helpful, vigilant and went over and above their duties to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has a court trial or court appearances at the Menifee courthouse.

The check in was friendly, very professional

It is confusing booking a room through booking..com never again my reservation was under a strange name and I called the hotel because I kept receiving texts if I wanted a bathroom in my hotel room I would have to pay an additional $11.89 for a bathroom in my room the front desk could not find my reservation. So I went in person and the name that booking .com had made my reservation under was just a mesh. I will never book again through that service.

Excellent stay. Price, property and staff were excellent. Breakfast was great, fresh, clean and delicious. If I would change something, is the fee for the parking space, extra $14 out of pocket (was not expecting that). I have never paid for parking space in a hotel before. I absolutely recommend it and would definitely book again. :)

The breakfast was great in the mornings and the ice water at the front was wonderful.

They ran out towels for the pool, we wven waited to 2hrs for towels and they still didn't fill up the towel rack. The last night we stayed the people upstairs were stomping all night until 3am. No fridge in the room.

business chair uncomfortable, needs castors to roll; heater/ac unit would not shut off all night, even when set to OFF. Refrigerator was maddening - only able to stay running for only 2 hours. Minor stuff, but the inn/room was otherwise Excellent!

clean new felt like I was on vacation but I live close by just needed some me time

only one tiny complaint which boils down to my personal preference really and that was the shower . Not sure if it was a water saving shower head but it was terrible. I felt like I had to run around inside the shower just to get wet lol HOWEVER, plz keep in mind that y home I’ve removed the water saving device from my home shower head because I can’t stand any shower head I’ve tried with one and I didn’t know what was wrong at first but after extensive trial and error reach I a able to see what the problem was that caused me to dislike the shower head nd once I removed the restraint portion of it I absolutely love it so I probably shouldn’t complain about the hotel having those type of heads but like I said it was the only thing I was truly unhappy with !
