I had a pool view room at the back of the hotel. it was lovely and quiet and could look down on the pool and out to the mountains from the front door it had coffee maker, fridge, and microwave

the reception is not always manned and there’s a phone number to call . this is not possible because I don’t have roaming on my phone. the rooms are not cleaned or coffee , soap etc not replaced unless you ask reception to do it

The accommodations, while basic, were clean and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised to find both a microwave and small fridge in my room. These unexpected extras went a long way in keeping expenses low, the reason I had booked the Delos Reyes in the first place. Location, while not in the heart of Palm Springs, is still only a short drive away from all the action. Although I didn't make use of the pool because of the cool weather, it appeared to be well maintained. The staff were always helpful and friendly when needed.

I was able to hear my neighbors quite plainly through the walls; not a big issue for me (I tend to wear earplugs while traveling as a matter of course when sleeping), but others may feel differently. There is also clearly a need for upgrades to the property's appearance - both outdoor carpets and the interior curtains were quite threadbare and worn - but again, I can forgive these as minor problems given all the positives of the actual experience.

HEATED POOL & SPA!!! I was able to swim laps every morning and my cousins kids had a blast playing in the pool every day! There’s lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas to lay out by the pool. It’s dog friendly and has a nice long grass area for dogs! The property manager, Steve, was very nice and accommodating. He made sure we always had plenty of towels and toilet paper. He is by far the best Hotel Manager I’ve ever met. He even gave the kids free floaties for the pool!!! I highly recommend booking the rooms on the ground level next to the pool! Our room also had a refrigerator and microwave!

It was about a mile from downtown which was nice because it was always quiet at night, just a quick drive to downtown or walking is an option. The shower looked like it was newly renovated, but there was no shelf to put your shampoo and conditioner.

I loved the location and the fact that staff & cleaning person respected my privacy. Easy parking, a nice pool & jacuzzi, no loud guests. Just what I wanted during my annual "me" trip to PS. One of the managers even carried my bags up to 2nd floor & offered assistance night or day if needed. Did not need it but the offer was much appreciated!

The facility could use a little refurbishing, replacement of shower head, faucets, and a little paint here and there. But for a 2 star motel in the midst of Palm Springs, it was great!

The pool and hot tub were very clean. The grounds were kept up very well. Staff are very friendly and Steve has a good sense of humour. Ice machine was great The microwave and fridge was a bonus and the king size bed very comfortable. In booking.com it says shared bathroom. That is incorrect. Very private and safe area Great tv service

I kind of wish they had a mini freezer and a little toaster oven for those people who are staying more then a couple days

The facility was very conveniently located. The accommodations are very very basic. With that said, the staff was very nice, The air conditioning worked and it was very close to where I needed to be at a fair price.

The property needs major renovation, suggest they sell to somebody else who is willing to put about $300,000-$400,000 in it.

Reception is not manned very often and need to phone the staff member . This not easy for overseas travelers who don’t have roaming on phone . The room is only serviced every 3 days which meant not enough coffee .

The outside has been repainted in the rainbow colors and that gives it a more modern look. The room was well equipped for the price I paid. Parking on the premises

A/C quite loud Stayed 3 nights and the room didn’t get cleaned at all during my stay. Would have been ok, if I had been asked and I had agreed to it. The inside could do with some refurbishing.

Host was on site for my 8PM check in and was very welcoming and efficient. The motel was old and the room a little tired but the room was very clean and a good mattress, a strong hot shower and excellent coffee in my room. Nice to have the little refrigerator too.

Needs a new bedspread and would have liked it if the swimming pool was heated.

small property. everything was close to my room, like the ice machine, the pool, the office and the parking lot. the best thing about the property was the staff. I needed help with some heavy and cumbersome items and the staff helped me a lot. I was very grateful.

the property is old. the furnishings are old. the bathroom facilities needed updating.
