Breakfast was good and well stocked. Room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. The bed and linens were clean and well maintained. Strange no phone in the room.

No phone in the room. Wi-fi password did not work. No one at the front desk for checkout. Bathroom shower curtain did not do its job. Water all over the floor after showering. Not enough light over the desk.

The Location, the cleanliness, Rebecca was the best.

That you don't have the option to pay with cash or card. your system was down for hours & I don't live Locally, I live in Los Angeles & waiting for the system to come up was a drag & exhausting, but than I was given the option to pay by cash hours later. All hotels should reconsider this option for emergencies like this. Computers break down & hinder businesses. Just a thought.

Everything was spot on perfect…everything you’d expect from a good hotel and HI Express. Easy access from the highway, plenty of parking, sparkling clean. The beds are very comfortable with super soft sheets; however the mattresses are showing their age a bit. The room and bathroom was updated and sharp; well decorated and again, immaculate. We needed an early check-in and Deena accommodated us right away and made parking arrangements for our truck and large 5th wheel trailer. The front desk was very helpful with getting us whatever things we needed. The included breakfast was really good also. Couldn’t be happier, just a super pleasant hotel.

The microwave was missing. That’s literally the only bad thing I can say

I wish there were more places to fill up a water bottle like other holiday inns I've stayed at (they had the filtered dispensers) , and also wish there were better vegan options at the breakfast buffet. at the very least an almond, oat, or even soy (which is cheap) milk option for cereal and coffee. The breakfast was very good but my friend who is vegan couldn't eat much at all. I also was sad they couldn't give me deodorant without paying for it.

Understandably, the front doors are locked at night for safety. If the front desk attendant isn't where they can see or hear you, it's a little annoying to have to call to get let in, especially if you are juggling bags, etc. Maybe a doorbell or buzzer would be helpful?

door locks had major problems. Had to reinitial magnet setting 6 times keys also would stick in reader sometimes door would not lock unless you played with lock in door notified front desk numerous times. I would make a couple trips out to car go back up/stairs key would not work.

I had an unexpectedly long trip and they were kind enough to offer me a quiet room so I could rest. They were over the top in accommodating me. The room was perfect for my needs and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was disappointing. The Oatmeal wasn't cooked properly and the blueberry muffin was hard. The eggs were tasty!

The room was very nice, bed was comfy, staff was kind and courteous and breakfast was very nice.

The lighting in the bathroom could be a little brighter for those of us who wear makeup.
