Reception on Saturday August 5 was so nice, hotel is so clean and quiet, swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool was so slippery, saw kids was falling multiple times, informed the front lady, she put a sign outside the pool area instead of inside the pool, according to her there is No House keeping, manager on-site. Water was so cold No Engineer to check the temperature onsite. Very dangerous for kids to swim. On Sunday we called the Front to ask the opening hours for swimming, the reception told us it is 10 Am, that was wrong, it was 6 am, she knowingly or unknowingly gave us a Wrong Information.

Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. A business center with computers and printers. Most of all, though, I was impressed by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff - particularly the gentleman at the front desk in the evening, and the woman in charge of the kitchen in the morning.

The WiFi was a little cumbersome to login.

The staff at check-in was great! The room was very clean and comfortable. There's a movie theater across the street. We never went to breakfast but they had to-go bags made up for late-risers.

The walls were paper-thin. We could hear everything being said in the rooms next to, and above us. The chlorine-smell in the pool area was over-whelming. The last night of our stay, the security locks on the outside of the building mal-functioned. We had to walk around the entire building to get in. We asked about it at the front desk and were told, "Yeah, a lot of people have said they're not working today. I don't know what's going on." It had apparently been an issue for several hours and they hadn't called anyone about fixing it. Not the same staff that was working when we checked in.

It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and courteous. It was a great place to stay the night.

$15 parking fee? Just adjust your rates. There’s enough fees out there. It’s nice to just get a little something for free.

The location was excellent for the purpose of this trip. The staff was very welcoming & friendly. Great accommodations for the area & price.

The bed itself was very comfortable, but the pillows were flat.

Breakfast was great. Staff was very responsive and friendly.

Shared spaces (dining room, business center) were dated and closed off. I think a more open feel would be optimal.

Guest services were amazingly accommodating for us as we had to book the room last min. Pet friendly - this will be the hotel I will be staying at when I'm in town from now on.

The decor is outdated but nonetheless breakfast made up for that.

It felt like I was at a best western of something similar. Maybe it's just the location.

The breakfast was good and convenient. The beds were comfy.Check in was quick.

I was there 3 nights and our room was not cleaned up, or beds made.

The breakfast service was great. A good selection of breakfast food.

I did not like that there was a $15.00 parking fee per day. This should have been disclosed upon setting my reservation.
