Unfortunately, I did not have breakfast, because I was "fasting" due to scheduled lab work. I really enjoyed the personality of the front desk staff, because they were friendly and professional.

The only concern I had was when I observed the sign that stated while on grounds at this facility the Management would not be responsible for theft of vehicles... When my guest visit me at my residence (home) I am responsible for their care and well being.

The staff customer service was very good!! since the minute we checked inn, we felt welcomed the whole time! The bedroom was clean! bed was very comfortable, it was a good space to work and then to complete having an amazing experience, we received a very warm welcome from Nina at the Breakfast area! she made sure we have everything we needed! and Breakfast was amazing too! Thank you Holiday Inn Express Lancaster!!

Basic Holiday Inn breakfast, good coffee, clean room, just a pitstop on my annual Turkey Day trip to Yosemite. Downtown Lancaster was a pleasant surprise, nice brewpub downtown.

Holiday Inn Express... Good quality budget hotel but starting to show a little wear and tear. Not much nearby in the way of restaurants, local gas station keeps it's beer and wine behind the counter if you know what I mean.

Our stay here couldn't have been better. The location, near the Freeway, was perfect. The rooms were spotlessly clean and we heard no outside noise. Every appliance worked. And, the price was right!

We were greeted and checked in early by Jackie. Had an issue with the lock on our door that was fixed quickly. The hot breakfast was more than expected . Several choices and great tasting food. Jenny was friendly and helpful during the breakfast service. Diana checked us out quickly and efficiently.

Staff was nice and friendly. The free breakfast was good.

Property was a bit aged. Elevator was out of service. in the process of being replaced as far as I understood. The walk up three floors wasn’t too bad. Bathroom was a bit dingy with the dark colored grout between tiles.

Location was nice close to everything. Staff was great morning breakfast being available via 5am excellent.

The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, I'm assuming the prior tenant may have had something to do with it. Bed was a little firm but I still had a good night's rest.

The staff was exceptional, I had surgery and they were very accommodating and helpful, The problem Was the keys kept not working.

The keys for the room didn’t work, my sisters had to keep going and getting a new one.

Reception was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Parking close to keyed entry to our first floor room. Very good breakfast with pancakes, omelets, breakfast burritos, fruit, assorted breakfast pastries, juices, oatmeal, peanut butter and more!
