Hilton Garden Inn Palmdale

The location was extremely convenient and easy to find for a couple of out of town visitors. The room was spacious. Water pressure in the shower was great. The front desk folks were all extremely pleasant. Our room was very quiet and we slept well.

I was surprised we had to pay for parking in addition to the room charge. It is not a parking garage, just a paved parking lot. The parking fee was not disclosed to us, when we booked the room, or when we checked in. We travel a fair amount and have never had to pay for parking at a hotel before. The hallway carpeting was heavily soiled.

I was told that the parking was included in the price I paid .The next day my credit card was charged another $10 for parking

This hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff were friendly, and the room was very nice. My only complaint about my room was I don't believe the fan was working. I let the front desk know and they were going to fix it right away (I was only there one night). The breakfast was yummy... Had the French toast. The location is perfect as it sits on the same property as the mall, so there's plenty of shopping that can be done. Additionally within the property along the perimeter are a lot of good restaurants and a movie theater. On top of that, Walmart, target, etc... Lots of good stores very close by. I would stay here again.

Again, my only complaint would be the fan.

This hotel is in a lovely location. If you want to see the real california then palmdale and this hotel is the place to go. It's not a tourist area, which makes it ideal for anyone who wants to explore the rural areas of california.

The only drawback with this hotel is they have no draught beer and a little pricey for bottled beer.

We've stayed at Hilton Garden Inns many, many times in many locations... generally willing to pay a bit extra than the competition, but generally being satisfied. This stay was the first time I had to pay extra for parking! None of the other HGIs we have stayed at charged for parking. Even with hundreds of empty spaces surrounding the property (which is adjacent to a mall). This was the "straw" that may make me look elsewhere next time! There is no reason, especially at this location, to justify this extra charge! I could understand in a downtown location - but not this one (Palmdale, CA) that is literally in the middle of the dessert.

Very comfortable and clean! All the way around. Bathroom was clean, bed was super comfortable and the keurig and fridge made life oh so much better lol! The staff was amazing!!! Very helpful and fun to talk to. Everyone was absolutely great!!

Nothing. I had a fantastic time!

Breakfast was very well done, appreciated the fresh omlettes. We used and enjoyed the hot tub.

Some apparent water damage on the ceiling. A little expensive, but overall nice. Paying extra for parking seemed silly, but the desk clerk waived the charge for us.

I stayed at the Valencia Hilton Inn location and they provided a extremely pleasant stay... Palmdale Hilton rooms not as big and customer service wasn’t great except for the young lady Katie at the front desk, she made my stay better she should definitely be given a bonus for great customer service! Advice to Palmdale Hilton Garden inn is to have each staff member follow the lead of Katie! Thank you Katie for being the only person and reason to return!

Rooms are a little smaller and lest efficient

Breakfast was okay and terribly over priced.

I did not appreciate being charged for parking. That's ridiculous and totally a cheap lousy way to get extra money from the client.

The staff was really wonderful and personable, especially at reception! The room was great and the location was really upscale, honestly I’m really lucky we found this site
