We stay in a queen deluxe room. It was very nice. Room had updated furniture and was clean. Love that it had a microwave and refrigerator too. Plus it has a IHop in the same lot and many fast food options near by. We unfortunately couldn't check in at check in time cause room wasn't ready but they gave us a late check out time to compensate. Staff we very nice and friendly. Wouldn't mind staying there again.

The location is a little iffy but the parking area is well lit. Pool wasn't available but that was okay for us cause the AC was keeping the room ice cold. Not much else wrong though.

The place was very clean and places an emphasis on safety. Apparently they have some local problems in Lancaster and the hotel next to the Motel 6 saw police presence but not motel 6. They have extensive outdoor security cameras and the rooms though they are minimalist are well appointed for a comfortable short stay. I had a fridge that worked well, a microwave and all the lights worked. I always like a reading light next to the bed and they had on on each side of the bed. Heater worked and I had a decent night's rest. The night clerk was helpful also.

The rooms are very nicely and neatly organized. The staff was excellent attending to any of our needs. I appreciate Carmen for bringing us extra pillows. 😊

At first the room kept smelling like a cigarette casino however, the staff was quick to give it a thorough clean and the issue was resolved.

The front desk clerk was so kind enough to upgrade my booking at last min for better amenities for just a few dollars more, Very polite and kind. I truly appreciate her kind enough service help after along stressful week she made my stay more pleasant and couldn't ask for any more than a perfect clean stay with Motel 6. Thank you Motel 6

The room was so neat clean smelled clean amenities were stocked neat bathroom was spotless bed made perfect. Towels were like brand new spotless white. But the floors coulda been moped up but other than that it was very clean stay.

My room was super-clean and well-stocked (towels, bathroom tissue, etc.) No bugs anywhere, no stains on anything. This location has a great housekeeping crew.

The noisy guy upstairs. Maybe he was a dance instructor? Elephant trainer? Not the hotel's fault, of course.

The staff was amazing and went over and beyond the call of duty to ensure my child and I had comfortable accommodations after a long trip. The night shift clerk was phenomenal ! I will ALWAYS remember how she made me feel like it was important to her that we were ok. She was so diligent in her efforts. That is just not seen anymore in customer relations. We felt safe and valued.

The cleanliness and condition of the room were excellent. There was not a scratch or warn place in the paint, counter, or anywhere. I read reviews of the Motel 6 Lancaster that reported the cleanliness and excellent condition of the motel, and my experience was the same as the other reviewers. I have stayed in very nice (expensive) hotels all over the U.S. and the Motel 6 Lancaster was as clean as, if not cleaner, than the majority of expensive hotels. Carmen, the Head Housekeeper, needs to be given much of the credit for her very high standards and following the direction from the Motel 6 managers. It is obvious that the management and staff take great pride in keeping the motel in the best condition possible. The people in the office were also very friendly and helpful. There was a loud arguing 2am in the morning two doors down which woke me up. But with one call staff sent security within 5mins it was peaceful again.

staff were great especially Martha at check out she was always very nice the motel was always clean and the cleaning crew always cleaned very good
