I enjoyed the starbucks there and the location of the hotel was good. We could walk to a lot of spots. The place was very clean. House keeping was amazing with replenishing our towels and straightening the room every single day. I also liked that they had a parking garage.

It was nice that they had a snack/convenience store but they should have a better system for it. Like maybe add a little kiosk so you don’t have to wait in line at the front desk. Also the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. You sunk right through the pillows.

Wow - what a nice hotel! Affordable but high class!! Quiet room with a great view, clean as a whistle, nice sized room, and no penalty for booking with booking.com. I love the efficiency of checking in and out, the availability of parking, and the proximity to the ferry to Catalina and to great restaurants! (Try Cafe Sevilla!)

Someone on the floor smoked and it set off an alarm - "an emergency has been rported. please stand by for instructions" - man was it LOUD! then followed by annoying noise - from a speaker IN THE ROOM! - it took almost 30 minutes for them to shut it off. We had to call the front desk to find out what happened (because it wasn't a true fire alarm.) Once we called, they were apologetic enough. I thought they'd give us some kind of apology in the form of a %age off of our next stay, or at least an acknowledgment of what happened during the night. That didn't happen. But then again, if they did that, people would be setting off alarms left and right, right?

it was a great room nice and comfy didn't look old or dirty the view was amazing we got to see the port the bathroom was nice and clean and had the essentials that we needed

the wait to check in to just get our room took longer than excepted way to much time and we ran into a problem when we tried to get our breakfast we got to the line they told us to wait that didn't bother me but what did was that they forgot to give us a table and were letting other people in that were waiting in line behind us

I enjoyed the pool area as well as the lobby area with the beautiful work areas and yummy restaurant. The hotel recently started a “passport” that provides perks to each guest during their stay, and I thought this was extra kind. Location is ideal.

Great comfy bed. Hotel was close to everything, loved the Starbucks on site, great variety in the fitness center. Hot tub was great, room was a good size

Thank goodness we didn’t have a car but beware they charge you a fee to park daily there, and charge for Wi-Fi if you aren’t a Marriott Bonvoy member. I just assumed the price you pay each night would include those things… Counters were dirty in room so I suspect not great at cleaning room before hand…

The bed & bedding were so comfortable! And they sell their products on their website. I will be checking it out. It's pricey, but worth it since you sleep in your bed everynight!

The price was pricey. The coffee maker was ancient. They totally need to upgrade that & give you more than one coffee pod. There was 2 of us in the room.

I really liked the location and how close it was to the Long Beach Convention Center. I appreciated all of the security features for the guests and gave me piece of mind knowing my friends and I were safe. The Starbucks connected to the property was extremely convenient for breakfast in the morning.

The parking fee is a little high $36. It was kinda inconvenient to walk from my room to the parking garage (hallway, elevator, lobby, hallway, elevator, walk through the parking garage, grab whatever I need from my car, and then walk all the way back).
