Ruby Motel

I absolutely loved the layout if the room. It was perfect for me. You walk in to a little foyer with a table and chair (perfect for doing my school work.) Away from the TV(distraction) then you walk down a short hallway to a small refrigerator and microwave on the left bathroom sink , straight ahead a private bathroom (toilet and showerr) Then on the left in another room is a huge king size bed. Nice clean linens. TV on the wall. It was nicer then I was led to believe. The only issue was the noise outside, couples fighting, dogs barking but what are you going to do. I haven't seen the other rooms but I hope they are just as nice. The owner was very nice. Thank you for a pleasant few day¹s. I will be coming back. P.S. if you are looking for extra amenities this is not the place.

The noise outside from the neighbors fighting and slamming the doors. Lack of amenities I suppose but not a big deal if you don't use them anyway.

my room had a newly renovated bathroom great size for the room i stayed in. I paid through a booking site, but i did pay a cash deposit of $20 when i arrived and got it back during my checkout process,. All in all i'm satisfied for what i paid for, it doesn't look like much outside but the actual room was very decent. The location could be better but for what you're paying its worth it. The front desk woman makes it very clear this is a no visitor stay only who you've checked in with or it will be $25 each visitor, so i suggest if you stay here , this is more of a stop for rest rather then a meeting spot/hangout place. 8/10 and that's saying a lot especially for a motel.

The parking here is kind of hectic, trying to squeeze in this parking lot with very little room, and trying to get out of the parking lot is even worse.

Clean and nice. The coroner was there when we arrived and apparently the body was in the room reserved for us so they had to make arrangements quickly

Check in was a breeze and the front desk was exceptionally nice and accommodating especially the female owner. She was very cheery and pleasant and asked how we'd slept and wished us a lovely day. The hotel atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing not allot of activity It's a no frills motel so don't set the bar too high , but it's a good value and a clean respectable room to stay in for a person on a budget.

Parkings a bit tight but not a deal breaker.

The management was very friendly and they accepted dogs and she gave us discount staying longer she was a very nice management and we will stay there again she helped us when we were in need and I think you for her she's a great hard worker and make sure the place is safe and secured thank you.

Noisy neighbors screaming at the top of their lungs could hear the muffling in the building but otherwise it's all good

it was a quick stay so we didn’t get the full experience but overall it was very chill and didn’t get bothered whatsoever. it was a decent size for 2 but did expect a bit bigger

there was a small hole in our blanket like from a cigarette. when we first entered the room it smelled like cigars. the room felt kinda small but it was still a good size for 2

Bed was great. Neighborhood is not great, but as a solo traveler the manager put me right next to her office. Very caring and concerned for safety of guests. Room was clean...loved the decor. Room was comfortable. Slept like a baby!

Well my stay was unexpected/unplanned. I arrived a day earlier than I was supposed to. With that said...I had no luggage with me. There was a set of drawers, but no closet/hangers, but that could've just been the room I was in. All in all it made it no less comfortable.

That had to be one of the best sleep of my life bed was so comfortable pillows were so fluffy the 11th 1beautiful lady in the lobby was such a pleasure to book with she took my last minute reservation and worked with me and made my stay wonderful.

You know what they say don't judge a book by its cover the room seem to have been remodeled since I've last been here so just the locations has lots of traffic

Owners and staff very nice, polite and friendly. Grocery stores and others within few minutes walking and access to downtown, freeways and beach just couple miles. It was surprisingly very quiet. Great shower, powerful and spacious.

Neighborhood not the best but I knew that before I got there.

The layout of the room was perfect me. Away from the TV. It was nicer then I was told. I'm glad I went with my gut on this one. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
