Holiday Inn Express Stockton Southeast, an IHG Hotel

Overall the place was alright. Couch was comfortable. Shower felt great. Appreciated the in room coffee maker, and the staff was very helpful.

I hated the fact that even though I paid when I made the reservation, there was NO advance notice that a credit card or cash deposit was required on top of the room price, even though by then the room fee was non refundable. If I hadn't happened to have $200 more in my account than I was notified was needed, I would've been out the room fee, and never had the room. That's completely unprofessional of your company.

I can say this has been the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. As you walk in through the front doors, you can smell how clean it is, this was my first impression! The receptionist was very sweet, kind and attentive, as were other employees I encountered throughout my stay. The room was great, no noise whatsoever! The indoor pool was a great for my kids, also very clean! They serve great breakfast from 7am -10am, variety of food and again, very attentive employees assisting if needed. Overall, I definitely recommend this place to anyone; specially traveling with children.

No dislikes, really!

The staff was super nice. The room was great they had all dove products, a comfortable bed, and free toiletries at the front if you forgot yours. The breakfast was really good and free. The fitness center was small but effective and the pool was indoor and not too cold.

Only thing I didn't like is how far from town it was. It was a 20 min drive at least to go do anything.

The staff was really nice, upon arrival I had some issues with my check-in but Jorge went above & beyond to make the process go smoothly. He was very polite & patient. The room I stayed in was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! I would 100% recommended this location to anyone!

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. For the most part it was decent but the gravy & biscuits made me feel sick the rest of the day. I did however, enjoy the various juices.

Very good breakfast - eggs, sausage etc. Exceptional bed and bedding. Safe hotel - prefer in hotel corridors and locked gates at night. Everything was very clean and staff courteous. Office for client usage useful. .

Hotel was located a little close to Freeway and thus a little too noisy at night.

I loved Scott Ali and Maria. They are awesome I really needed help and they really help me when I needed you the most great employees very nice buck mean love it great place family-friendly felt very comfortable. All Staff and Employees Me and my family and I feel very welcome

I don’t think that was a bummer is the TV. Could have more channels on there I guess but I didn’t know it was great

house cleaning skipped our room because we left the hotel late… we were more concerned about the trash that needed to be picked up and extra towels.. i was able to that easily from the front

Breakfast had a good variety of items to choice from.

Wish there was non dairy beverage to use for the cereal since am lacto-intolerant. But I was able to get around that problem,

The property was secluded and very quiet I was able to get rest

Didn’t like the fact that they weren’t letting any local residents in due to the pandemic. When it didn’t matter what city or State you are from the pandemic does not play favorites so it should not have mattered what city you are from as to allowing people to stay there or not. If you have the money and you need to stay there for any reason I should not be a problem

It was pleasant, and Margaret had a good breakfast. We were satisfied.

The window didn’t appear to be able to be opened. We like to open the window a little bit at night.
