The hotel is beautiful, very clean and the breakfast items and choices were very good. Beds were comfortable, even the hide-a-bed couch! The room was small but well arranged for 3 people to be comfortable in. Bathroom was roomy and everything was very clean and lots of towels were available. Would definitely stay here again.

I would have to say that there was nothing that I experienced that I did not like. We were with a group of about 10 who sat on the outside area by the pool enjoying sharing stories, lots of laughter, and we were able to enjoy ourselves until late in the evening without being told to "quiet down". Very enjoyable!

excellent breakfast with many choices to eat.

in room 119 the windows and screens need to be cleaned. on kitchen counter you have salt and pepper shakers but they are empty. I could not find any in kitchen so I had to go to breakfast area and get those tiny packets. Not the end of the world but why have empty shakers in the room kitchens.

Everything was excellent. If I could stay I definitely would. The staff was courteous and friendly. Everything was good and no room staffs came to the room, which it was unusual for me not getting towels and few other things that is provided by your hotel.

I needed few things which your hotel provided like towels and shampoo and they did not provide them. I was disappointed and not getting basic things like towels among other things I needed, which made me want to leave because shortages in staff you have.

Loved the quiche. It was very clean, and had no foul smell. Bathroom was big and clean.

The floor in the kitchenette area could have been cleaned, my sandals were sticking to spots on the tile.

Since I had stayed there several times, the manager did me a one-time exception. Super grateful.

I've stayed here several times since opening, and the greetings upon entry are always warm and welcoming. Throughout my stays, the staff is always courteous and kind. The rooms are clean, damage-free, stocked, and comfortable.

I can honestly say, I have zero complaints.

Hot tub closed. Masks required. Breakfast available— staff serves them in a to go bag, so bring a tote or your own tray like the cookie sheet, because you need to leave and take the food outside or back to your room. No Housekeeping, so you go to front desk and ask for toilet paper, trash bags or towels. Laundry service— ask for a key. Kaiser Modesto is across the street! Convenient and perfect for me for visiting my family in Modesto. Nail shops are nearby and lots of eateries. BBQ available too, ask front desk. I used my stove and microwave a lot while here.

I liked it all. I wish the doors would stay open a little longer / like a hesitate for when I am solo and using the luggage valet, that rack gets stuck on the door. I have to pretzel myself to hold the door and pull the dolly over the non slip rug and door jamb. I ended up needing help — someone held the door for me.

The staff is consistent, especially during Covid. 🙂 Rooms were clean and well-stocked. I love the fact that I can go for a walk in the mornings and feel at peace because of the location.

I always have a pleasant stay; however, on my first visit in 2019, I was able to open the windows to get FRESH air. In 2020 the windows no longer opened.

On the 24th and 25th at the front desk and older Attendant was rude several times. It seemed that my Fiance(who is White. I'm Black. Michael was treated with respect and helped him. However, the Worker continued to be rude to me. Your worker needs to be oriented to people of Color and take a class on "CULTURAL COMPETED.
