The location of the breakfast area is great and always enjoyable. (We’ve stayed there a few times before & always enjoy the breakfast! But this time, we didn’t get in on breakfast as we were in town for a grad wknd & were meeting some family for breakfast. But we did enjoy coffee (from the Brkfst area) & a banana. 👍🏻😊 The rooms are always nice. We even got the choice to upgrade from 2 queen beds to a king suite! Very nice! Kelly at the front desk was so professional, kind, & accommodating.

Maybe having 2 bottles of drinking water in the room. Might seem small, but it’s a nice touch when hotels rooms have that. It’s like you’ve thought of everything to make a guest’s stay as comfortable as possible. Everything was great though. We always appreciate your (Murrieta, Calif) hotel: the location & everything you offer there. We felt very safe. Beds are really comfortable & everything is clean. So nice to see that you take pride in making your guests feel “at home”, not only with the hotel itself but also your staff!

Location was good, pool was nice. Breakfast was good.

The hot tub was not heating during the week we were there so that was disappointing considering the weather was a bit cooler so it really would have been nice to soak in the hot tub on those cool nights.

Location was right of the freeway and pool was nice and clean.

It was not kid Friendly.. A more older crowd that wanted complete silence. We traveled with 3 kids (2, 7,9) only there 1 night. Breakfast was very limited, ran out twice and it took a while to bring food or Coffee out once it ran out. The pool was nice and clean but some beach chairs were outdated and cushions were torn. I didn't get the feeling they welcome families. I don't think we will be returning to this location again.

Friendly staff. Enough outlets for my computer equipment. Room size was adequate though not oversized lile some properties. Beds were comfortable though firm. The bedding was comfortable.

The chair at the desk was not as good as some Hampton Inn and Suites locations. It had no back support and was too low. It would not adjust higher. I had to sit on 2 pillows to be comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room. The gentleman running your front desk is exceptional, very kind, helpful and professional. I requested more towels etc, and he had someone in my room within minutes. It was a work trip, and everything exceeded my expectations.

My daughter and me was attending a funeral for a very long time DEAR friend. Some of my other friends tat was also attending the funeral also stayed there. So having breakfast at your hotel was a big plus where all of us could meet before we all headed home. The breakfast was good! Thank you!

Easy check in service, clean, and met our expectations. It was nice to have breakfast provided, choices were limited, but we know this is due to Covid 19. The coffee was fresh and hot.

The room has little room for luggage, but it worked for an overnight stay.

Breakfast was excellent, the pool was wonderful, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is close to several freeways and major roads making transportation to and from destinations easy.

my husband and I surprized my sister and brother in law on their final night of vacation, visiting us in California from Idaho. I thought they might leave BEFORE the breakfast, but they said they SLEPT GREAT and the BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME!!!!! The next night they stayed in a less expensive place and said COMPARED TO YOUR HOTEL where they stayed was a DUMP!!!! So you made quite a wonderful memory for them and WE WILL DEFINATELY USE YOU AGAIN!!!!
