Breakfast with made-to-order omelettes, hot buffet, and a great spread is still better than anywhere else we have stayed. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Convenient location is a plus as well. The staff is also extremely pleasant, from the front desk to the cleaning crew, and everyone in between.

During our stay, an older woman in a wheelchair was getting arrested just outside the front door and the doors were locked from the outside while we were trying to get in hoping to avoid the scene with our young kids. Luckily someone was on their way out and opened the door for us. That was really the only negative during our stay.

The location was great, there’s plenty of restaurants close by and Safeway across the street. Their complimentary breakfast was good selection.

The room looks clean but for some reason it seems like there was something biting us that made our skin have bumps and it feels itchy. Thank god I had Benadryl. So I really wanted to rate this hotel a 10 but just that part I didn’t like. Maybe they should shampoo the couch too because my daughter sleep on it and woke up with a bite on her face. I recommend that they should have an air purifier in the rooms and deep clean.

Good location, rooms are clean and spacious, great wi-fi. The Atrium is beautiful. Complimentary happy hour was fun; two drinks per day and snacks. Complimentary breakfast was good, though very crowded on Sunday. We had to wait in line for fresh food to be brought in, then wait again for plates. But the food, coffee and juices were very good. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is warm and comfortable. It is close to stores and easy to get to from the freeway. Just really nice.

I had a little problem when the door slammed on the back of my sandal, I fell and the janitor that saw couldn’t get up to my floor to help because the elevator was so slow. I was finally able to get.my shoe released so I could get up.

We stayed at the hotel over Christmas four years ago, and did again this past Christmas to visit extended family. We enjoyed our original stay, and it was even better this time as they had since remodeled the rooms. Hotel is very clean. Kids love the design with the cool elevators (I even think it’s neat). The space in the rooms is excellent. We have three kids (3,6,8) and we were very comfortable over our 5 night stay. The price you pay for the room size, quality, hotel quality is comparatively very cheap. The daily included breakfast is great, and an incredible value. The breakfast is far and away better than anything else I’ve experienced at any hotel, included or not.

Parking fee is a bummer. There is ample parking in the area, and no security is provided, so the fee of $17 a day seems unwarranted. This does not outweigh the rest of the overall value, but I think they’re trying to make up some income in the way some retail companies overcharge for shipping.

The hotel was beautiful and clean the service was exceptional. The room was clean and nice and everything we asked for. The breakfast was nice and efficient and many selection.

I thought that the room was so hot. Everything in the room was perfect and everything we looked for except it was so warm and hard to cool it down even with the directions they gave us. The breakfast was decent and efficient but could have been greatly improved by better ingredients the eggs were oily everything had bland flavors and the coffee was so gross. But they did have lots of options so we made it work.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were amazing. My family & I would definitely stay there again. The suites were pretty large in size. We stayed in the suite with two "Queen Beds" a sofa bed and balcony. The indoor pool was clean & a pretty nice size. The breakfast was decent. They had hot made to order omelets. Ample seating for breakfast with waterfalls in the seating area. There is also a full service bar too.

Excellent location. Excellent breakfast. Excellent decor. Great parking.

Hallways leading up to the room was slanted towards the ledge - felt uneasy / dangerous. Parking had to be charged $20 per night - why extra? A bit pricey, relative to other establishments in the area.

Staff was welcoming. Breakfast was yummy. Place was spotless. The front desk girls that work on 3/18/2023 @5pm are the best. The hardworking man who was bussing tables the morning of 3/19/2023 was amazing. God bless him They definitely made the place extra special.

Nothing. Everything was amazing

Bed was very comfortable but we did ask for a room close to the elevator and it was not. Snacks at happy hour were okay but not we were used to at other Embassy suites, but the bartenders were awesome. With smiles and a great sense of humor. Breakfast staff were equally friendly and food was adequate but we were used to a bit more choices at other Embassy hotels.
