Loved the location!!! It was near everything, so we got to places quick. Also loved the tv channel options, and we also liked the scenery around the hotel.

Some of the guests. One guest didnt have her dog on a leash and it almost attacked us! She didnt even apologize. Another thing we didnt like was how the walls were so thin u could hear everything. We heard a couple fighting for hours..

There was a hair Dryer, fridge & microwave… The Vietnamese restaurant onsite was great, though we only just made the 7:45 last entry of seating.

The lack of a kettle to boil water. The bouncing ball, to keep a dog occupied above our head, and the scrabble to fetch it.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed there to plan our trip going to LA and they guided us by giving us the information especially the part of the road closed in Highway 1.

Just the smell of the room. It smells like an old wood but understandable since it's made up of wood.But everything is fine.

This is a really nice Motel 6, and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Our first room assigned didn’t work out (that one still needed turnover) and the staff was quick to assist and provide a new room. We brought our dog with us and the room was perfect for all. Great location, with a shopping mall a block away and downtown a few minutes away by car or foot. This location is also a short distance from Cannery Row, Carmel-by-the-Sea and Pacific Grove. Short drives to all. There aren’t many places on the property to take your pup out for relief, but a quick walk around the neighborhood did the trick. Definitely recommend.

It was central to Carmal and Monterrey aquarium. It was also very close to a mall with a Whole Foods and pharmacy.

Parking lot was full both nights and had to park on the street.

Convenient location, great access to a beautiful walking trail, very comfortable rooms.

Has a double booking issue, but it was resolved. But lost 2 hours of my vacation on the phone. And I'm a paycheck to paycheck bartender.

I loved how close it was to the old downtown, and you can walk to the Del Monte mall. it is a great value. we stayed two nights. the beds were comfortable. The bathroom and shower worked well.

the heater blew cold air at first but later warmed the room well enough. I didn’t like the low flow head on the vanity sink.

The room was comfortable and stayed warm, even without the heater on. The hot water in the shower was wonderful. Location was perfect.

It could use a lamp or 2 for better lighting. The stopper in the sink wasn't working very well.

I loved my Room Above the office. It was Cozy and Smelled so clean when we walked in. I loved the little patio they had in the back.

The doors could use some WD-40 they were a bit squeaky. But everything else was great.

Very clean room. Very comfortable bed and mattress. Quiet place , air conditioned close to very nice mall and restaurants

Toilet seat needed to be tightened
