Loved the two queen suite, as we were traveling with our adult son. Having a separate but adjoined bedroom was ideal. Loved the size of the room and the very comfortable beds. Loved the pump bottle dispensers for the soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion - a huge plus in my eco book.

The pool could use a little update. I went there early in the morning and there was standing water all around the edge of the pool in the walkway area. I don't like that the hotel charged a $200 deposit and four days after the deposit hold, the fee is still on my credit card as a pending charge.

The room was clean and a good size. The air conditioner worked great as well as the refrigerator and coffee maker. I liked that they included hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and even lotion! The location was perfect, within 5-10 minutes of everything. The balcony was nice and you could see the ocean from it. Staff was friendly and helpful and we had no issues with them at all.

The water was extremely softened, even without soap it felt slimy and with soap it was even worse. I assume they are on well water and softened water should be expected if so. It also seemed like the pool heater was out/not working during our stay so the pool was pretty cold, although the spa was great and nice and hot. The beds were very "soft", we are used to a more firm bed, this may or may not be a bad thing for certain people.

loved the indoor pool. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Having stayed at various hotels, I really appreciated that the walls were insulated that I couldn’t hear my neighbors’ conversations/ tv’s. I’ve had too many experiences where I can hear my neighbors tv’s blaring at all hours of the night, so this is a definite plus.

parking is limited and there is only one way in and out the parking lot. So when trying to back out when all the spaces are taken can get a little tricky.

Love staying here this was my second time using this place. Very comfy and cozy, love the blankets, especially when you have the window open and still get that ocean breeze. AMAZING!!!, for anyone visiting from out of town, I recommend calling or when checking in get a room with a balcony. Last year we stayed in room 118 and it was sooooo nice to be able to walk out on that patio and just enjoy the breeze. We did have a view of the hotel behind them but didnt bother us none. Also our 5month old baby slept in the bed with us all night without waking up and that has only happened a handful of times.

This obviously isnt hotels fault but just an opinion, if you are going during summer maybe get a room on second floor. We had some really excited kids staying above us and they were making noises on and off until 3am, due to jumping on bed or playing i assume.

Very neat location and the rooms are renovated. It's spacious as compared to most other similar motels. It has an indoor pool which was just right because it was pretty windy when we were there and we wanted to swim. There's also a heated pool. There was also enough space in the room for my kiddo to run about, a table and chair for us to have a meal. We were also given towels for the pool. Ease of checking out. Checking out was simple as we left early in the morning.

Swimming pool although was indoors, it didn't seemed as well maintained as I thought it would be. The floors had some debris.

Very clean, love the 8.5 feet deep indoor heated pool and spa. Helpful staff were cheerful and polite, gave us the extra towels and toilet paper we requested. Comfortable beds, hardwood floors, fireplace (we didn’t use it). Bathroom was attractive and well appointed. TV, fridge and microwave worked perfectly.

Keurig coffee maker needed to be cleaned out. It was so dirty that we didn’t feel comfortable using it. Also, the parking is very limited. The parking lot is very narrow and only has one entrance/exit. This means that It is very hard to navigate the parking lot, especially if you need to turn around try

Traveled on our Harley Davidsons Husband and Wife, Staff was nice enough to let us park in the covered parking zone under video. All new renovations very clean and quiet. Liked so much we booked again on our return trip. Pool and hot tube were the best. This place is a great price and choice.

For the price not much we are very satisfied. The facility is so clean it is hard to find something wrong. Staff was eager to make sure you were happy.

Convenient and quiet location. There is a large shopping plaza nearby with lots of food options. Aquarium is also very close. I think we got pretty lucky and got a room with the balcony door toward the ocean, the view was really nice.

A bit of nitpicking - It was fairly cool in the room, so we had to use a heater quite a lot, which in turn made the air dry. Though it would have been the same in any other motel.

The location was perfect for us- we love to walk and everything we wanted to explore was in walking distance: the Wharf, the aquarium, Cannery Row… The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed. There is even a pool - it looked nice, we just didn’t have time to use it.

If you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in, you might need earplugs :-). We heard people talking outside and steps in the room above everyday from about 6:30am on.

Staff and location was great indoor pool was great to have when it rained n we couldn't go to the beach but it was salty not sure if it was a salt water pool or the chemicals were not balanced correctly

Internet and TV stopped working a few times during our visit also maybe make a sign for the pool area that reminds people to be responsible with there trash clean up after themselves because there were empty and full beer cans on the floor and used ear plugs and plastic bag
