Overall, the room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable.

The desk clerk was too inquisitive about my spouse. I felt very uncomfortable. I didn't like he came out to my car questioning if I was staying there seeing I had a suitcase by my feet. He kept stressing about cigar smoking. I don't smoke. When my spouse came to get a key card for our room, he kept asking his relationship to me when it was already established and then insisted on escorting him to our room. I will not stay there again. The desk clerk was suspicious of my stay.

The location was close to a lot of stores and places to eat.

I didn’t like that when paying for the fee + taxes, that there wasn’t any notification/information on the hotel price that there would be a deposit of $200 on top of the fee + taxes. When I got to the front desk to check in, that was the only time I was notified about it, and the staff was saying it written on the Booking.com site and other ones about it but I didn’t ever come across it when booking the room.

The whole room entirely was a great setup. We did the hot tub suite. Amazing tub plus the whole room was just nice. Up to date modern setup. also windows are blackout curtains that are completely shut when closed no loose flapping edges. Complete privacy.

Only downside was the front door is no perfect framed they have a gap underneath can hear everything in the hallways. Only negative I could think of.

Other guest were too loud along with their children and the front desk person gave us a different room on a different floor away from the noise.

The second room that we moved to, the bed squeaked every time you moved. It didn't matter whether you were just rolling over or getting up to go to the bathroom. Very annoying.

I love how kind, trustworthy and humble they were, I appreciate the housekeeper for her honesty, my partner lost his apple watch and we had to go back to the hotel, we thought it was lost but when my partner checked the lost and found box he found it. thank you to the housekeeper for her honesty of returning it to the lost and found. my partner and I had a pleasant stay and look forward to staying again!

Loved the refrigerator and freezer. Coffee was easy in the morning. The water pressure in the shower was good- it reminded me of a showerhead at Courtyard Marriot. The way the bathroom was designed is practical with lots of counter space. The bed was comfortable, and so were the pillows. Everything exceeded my expectations.

I was electrocuted shocked whatever you wanna call it from the wine cooler refrigerator which it actually hurt for a bit I told the front desk and it was just shrugged off like no big deal, someone will get seriously hurt and I see a lawsuit In the future but I guess they don’t care

The clean, specious room and lovely bathroom. The staff was very professional and very polite. If you have people who come stay at your motel more often than not you should have a special rate for those people!!

Monir, was very nice. And he got a room together for me before everyone checked out. I truly appreciate this, because I was super tired. The place is clean and quiet. I will definitely recommend this to anyone.
