The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were well-maintained. However, what truly impressed me the most was the incredibly comfortable office chair. It made working on the computer a pleasure, and I found it to be one of the most ergonomic chairs I’ve ever used in a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for both leisure and business stays!

The American-style breakfasts offered at the hotel were quite different from European standards. Like in most hotels, there were waffles, cereals, bread, jams, and similar items. However, throughout my entire stay, I didn’t encounter any breakfast options with vegetables or cold cuts. So, in terms of the standard typically found in hotels, the breakfast was in line with what you would expect in the USA.

With many military personnel and their families onsite, I felt very safe even at night outside. The staff was very very friendly, and always spoke to me as we passed in the hall or at the front desk.

No place to sit down outside to smoke. I have bad knees and a back injury, so standing outside was difficult for me.

It was very clean very nice. Customer service the front desk.

I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking. They didn’t did not disclose it when I booked the room. They should put it on the website.

At checj in there was a problem finding my reservation. It took some time but she finally found it. The person checking in before me also had a problem with check in.

Beds were GREAT and room was very clean-love clean. Thank you! Next time, breakfast. Didn't hv time this time but having the water, coffee, etc in lobby was very nice. Frig in the room-great. Pull down shades for privacy-great. The employee didn't say our room number out loud-very appreciated. Liked that there were some food places very very close and Starbucks and gas

Great room and bed. Comfortable and great location

States breakfast included. Both mornings you were out of multiple items. Very misleading and since that is baked into the price very disappointing and will not be recommending for stay to family or friends.

Very clean rooms with nice high ceilings. Loved the hardwood floors. Overall the facility was nice, clean, and very welcoming.

The only things I could think of was the shower head was a bit small and the faucet in the sink was a bit close to the sink edge. Nothing significant.

Had 1 small issue with the room but Jade stepped up and handled it really great. I really appreciated her. Also the breakfast staff was awesome and did an amazing job. We are breakfast there all 3 morning we were there and it was great and well managed everyday.

Charge for parking, but totally understand the necessity for that.

Breakfast was good. Provided necessities if we forgot anything. Everyone was friendly. Great location and neighborhood, safe!

Pillows a little uncomfortable. Barn door on bathroom didn't provide any privacy

The fact that I was charged for parking without being advised that they would charge us. Did not know about the charge until I received the receipt for it in my email.
