Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley/Riverside

Place is convenient to restaurants, freeways, malls, grocery stores. And our room is immaculately clean. We travel a lot for business/leisure and ayres exceeded our expectations. The staff were great, the pool is well heated, the exercise room is with peloton bike and other equipments were up to date. Breakfast was delicious.

None at all. The Staff like what I said they’re friendly and welcoming. They were easy to do transactions with, polite, and helpful. The housekeepers were friendly and greeted us with a smile.

Breakfast bar was amazing, they have a custom omelette bar. Location was clean, access to everything from shopping mall to Costco in walking distance. The pool area was clean, semiprivate plus was not busy so I had that to myself. Beautiful location and nice staff.

Bathroom and bathtub need some TLC. I had my reservation through Booking but when I check in they want to overcharge me 150$+, saying that they don’t have whatever room and that is the price for 2 nights. Good thing that I kept my reservation copy and a manager was able to adjust to my original cost.

It’s clean, classy and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good, especially if you get a made to order omelet. The other breakfast items are a little more standard and what you might expect at any number of hotel/motels. While there is no actual restaurant on site, delicious tacos and quesadillas were available in the bar on the night we were there, which was perfect after a long day of driving. Very helpful staff!

the hotel itself was lovely - it felt like a resort as you walked in. The bed was very comfy and the room was very clean and large. The wifi worked (which was something we found a challenge in the other places we stayed). They have a nice bar downstairs - and on the evening we arrived they had an authentic taco truck parked in their lovely patio - they were delicious and exactly what we wanted for dinner with a nice cold beer from the bar. We also saw some people get take aways and Uber eats etc which we would have done if we had stayed their longer. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy the pool - but I am sure it would have been nice if the rest of it was anything to judge it by.

We were at a pub the night before and met some locals of San Diego - who told us NOT to go to the Moreno Valley as it is a truck stop and the 'armpit' of California. We were therefore worried on arrival - all I can say to this is I am so glad we still went to this hotel - the area itself was fine - like staying in the middle of an outdoor mall with lots of big shops around - but it wasn't bad - it was actually very clean and felt like a nice area. Either way - the hotel was the best one we stayed on on our 10 day road trip around south California - and I am so glad we did not take those peoples advice to avoid the area. I would 100% stay here again - and for longer.

The housekeeping staff needs a little work on customer service. Came by to clean room when we weren’t up and ready to leave; we left early the next day and they never came by!!! What gives??

I enjoy the spaces room with the comfortable beds & the big tub/shower.... I like how the bathroom area is blocked off from the bed area. & the two cooks that prepares a delicious omelets/breakfast every morning is a PLUS, especially when they have breakfast meat options.

I haven't had a bad experience at Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley so not really sure what they could improve on. But if there was something to improve, Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley would probably get on it.

I loved the front desk staff, breakfast staff all very nice. Clean beautiful hotel. The pool and spa were great!

If there was 1 thing I could say I didn't like it would be that one staff member (male) i think he is part of the housekeeping crew. Wasnt very friendly. We passed by him in the hallway and I was going to say hello but he avoided any type of eye contact. He was also the one who went out to the pool area to bring more towels i made it a point to say thank you and he barely acknowledged me. Not sure what his problem was

We were in town to attend the burial of my mother at The Riverside National Cemetery. The Ayres Hotel provided a much needed sanctuary in which to stay, helping us attend to many details. Very conveniently located to nearby stores, with easy access to highways, and a scenic non-highway drive to the cemetery. We hosted a small party of immediate family in our room to watch a video presentation before the burial, and the setting was lovely. The view of the nearby mountains was spectacular. Fairly easy to figure out how to connect my MacBook Pro to the tv in the room for the presentation (there is a little button on the underside of the screen that you push to change the input to your device). We enjoyed historic photographs in the hallway leading to the elevators. We ate several outstanding home style meals from the Taco Man, too! Food to sustain us as we journey through our grief.

The microwave was surprisingly difficult to operate. Written instructions would be helpful. The door to the room was very heavy and difficult to open. It slammed shut loudly, shaking the entire room.

The service was great! Breakfast in the morning was always good. The cleanliness of the dining area stayed clean. The staff was nice and the location of the hotel was in a good area.

There really wasn't anything to not like. I wish the decor in the room was a bit more neutral instead of masculine but that's a personal preference.

The breakfast was good the charging station for the electric cars was superb also

The bed wasn't the best comfort the pillows where to soft and it was hard to to get comfortable and the vent in the bathroom wasn't working so when taking a shower it was extremely hard to breath
