Sierra and her co worker were extremely helpful and wonderful. Only thing was that the owners father was rude to me while Ms. sierra was helping me out due to my room was being cleaned and needed it for my function that afternoon. The owners father and mother cut in front of me without excusing themselves and was harassing Ms Sierra which was totally unnecessary and unacceptable. Other than that I will be booking another stay soon. Thanx to all the staff there.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The night receptionist was very unpleasant and rude. When I was signing in, she threw the pen at me. Also she was in a rush because she was eating at the time that u was signing in and I must have Interrupted. . I addition, in the morning , the receptionist was not there at the desk so that I could turn in my key. I had to wait and upon coming back, she was not very pleasant. She looked like she just woke up and not very happy with her job.

Friendly staff, cleanliness, full breakfast and the location to everything that was needed. I only wished I was able to stay my full stay but with unforeseen family emergency, I had to leave early! However, if I plan another stay in Moreno Valley, I will definitely be back.  Unfortunately, no photos to share but on a scale from 1 to 10, I would definitely rate it a 10+ 

The only minor thing was no bathtub stopper, I like to soak 😊

It was located near my aunt’s house, the varieties of breakfast options especially the waffle maker was so good, and the overall cleanliness/ customer service of the facility!

Sometimes it smelt like weed as we entered through the back door but once we get into our rooms we were fine. Homeless in the back of the parking lot can’t be helped either so idk. Overall, this was an enjoyable stay for my family and I visiting my grieving aunt that lives in Moreno Valley.

Poor breakfast...really really tired of those frozen cheese onelets!! No fresh fruit. No bran muffins or raisin bran. Coffee initially so weak it was almost clear. No tea bags in room and only green tea at breakfast. .... BATHROOM door ! Large door opens into room....definitely in the way ! Alarm clock was not turned off and went off early. Poor lighting..

It was well lit and very clean. Also never hurts to be next to a gas station if you ever need something the hotel doesn’t have but we were in luck! We left our toothbrushes at home and the front desk had some for us. Breakfast was decent. Had oatmeal and fresh fruit. Fresh coffee w/soy milk. It was delightful.

Breakfast starts at 7:00am but the front desk made special accommodations that morning by starting breakfast at 6:00 am so my my daughter and I can eat before we leave for a competition at 6:30am. Thank you!!!

The decaf coffee coming from the automatic coffee brewer looked brown but otherwise it tasted alright.

The room was clean and well-appointed. The WiFi signal was great, which was important since I was working during the day while I was there. The hotel was close to a Mall with tons of places to eat. The breakfast was adequate for a quick bite and go. The people were really nice and accommodating.

There was trouble with our room key when we extended our stay. They never did get us the right key, and forgot about us that list night. However, it felt safe enough to prop the door open when my partner had to step out for a cigarette outside.

Nice breakfast area and the food selection was good.

The room is well used and had an odor and the bathroom vent was very dusty. Dust blew out of the air-conditioner when I turned it on. Daily maid service was not available, but was told maid would replace towels and toiletries; did not happen. No extra trash bags in trash can. The odor in the stairwell was foul!

A good variety of foods. However packaged pastries were stale.

The person at service desk wanted to charge additional monies when I had a total cost on phone that differed. She had to get it okayed from another source. I felt I was been taken advantage especially after paying an additional $30 previously to upgrade for nothing that was extraordinarily extra!
