The hotel is just a couple of blocks from the main shopping/eating area. Great to take photographs as well! They also had a bucket of water and a squeegee for the car windows...a real surprise and nice addition since I kept getting ALOT of bugs on the windshield!

Mattress was a little uncomfortable...not particularly firm. If I had it at home, I would replace it! Free breakfast was just ok...eggs were in small squares and just "so-so".

The breakfast was fresh with a little variety day to day. The area was nice and quiet at night and just two blocks from the beach. It has a good amount of off-street parking and we could see our car from the room.

I'm an early riser and it would've been nice to have breakfast served earlier but the 7:30-9:30 timeframe seemed to work for the majority of the guests.

Rooms were clean, comfortable, WiFi worked, and good breakfast included. Make your own waffle, scrambled eggs, bacon or ham, toast, muffins, local coffee and more. Nice view through slider. Balcony with 2 chairs.

Decor was fine, but not 4 seasons fancy. It’s not a motel where you park right in front of your room. You go inside and the doors face an atrium. We had to use their slow elevator but was ok as it’s not that busy.

The location was excellent 👌. We could see Morro Rock from our 3rd floor balcony. Also the seals on their dock in the bay. In the morning they bark like dogs. It was a short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the Embarcadero shopping area.

Parking is tight. Get a covered spot early and don't drive your car for dinner. You may lose your spot. Plenty of parking on the street though.

Hotel was 5 min walking distance to the landing. Lots of shops and restaurants. Older hotel, but nicely renovated. Comfy bed. Ocean view side is great. Perfect view of Morro Rock and nice ocean breeze. Breakfast was ok. Not much grab and go stuff.

My only dislike, the bathroom. It is very small.

Great hotel in a great location. We could easily walk to bars and restaurants. Our room was large enough and the staff were very pleasant. There was an option to partake in a complimentary drink each evening between 1600h and 1800h.

Breakfast is basic nothing really tasted like something. But it had your basic stuff like eggs and bread so it was fine. The bathroom was a bit small and wasn't inviting..the room smelled closed when we entered.

They had a nice breakfast and the spa facilities were very nice! It was a great location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. We had a room with an ocean view which was fabulous!

It was a bit over priced. They still do not have housekeeping services. It seems that if we are going to empty our own garbage, fetch our own toilet paper and clean towels the rate should be discounted. I would also recommend a top floor room so you don't have any noise from above.

Great location right next to the harbour, breakfast buffet good, small hotel with very lovely staff. Housekeeping on request which worked well for us as a family.

Our hotel was close to the Morro Bay ocean and restraunts and the staff was great. The breakfast was tasty and hot. Complimently wine and hot coffee were available in the hotel lobby each afternoon of our stay.

Due to Covid no daily room cleaning was done but it was available by request if you wanted it.
