I like that it is located easy access to highway in Morro Bay and about halfway to Cayucos. The bed was very comfortable and that is very important for me since I have had 2 back surgeries in the last 4 years. It is clean. The staff is wonderful and friendly.

If you are wanting to be in the heart of downtown within walking distance, you are a little out but still close enough for biking etc. It isn't right in the middle of downtown but Morro Bay is small enough that nothing is really out of the way. Nothing I didn't really like.

nothing fancy- clean -quiet and the rooms come with a fridge and a microwave.There is also a Spensers super market next door so you can save money on food

The room/bed was clean and fresh, perfect for my needs and length of stay. The mini frig came in handy for water and drinks. A nice big walk in shower with great pressure and hot water made for an exceptional experience.

Would have been nice to have the parking space in front of the room, however, free parking is a bonus no matter what. I did not like the occupants next to me as I could hear them complaining about silly things! But, that's the way it goes sometimes.

Easy check-in, check-out and easy access to the room. The room condition is better than expected as I read some of the previous reviews. Location is perfect for me as I was traveling from San Francisco via Big Sur to Los Angeles, so this is a good stop, value for money for the type of room provided. There is also a tv, coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room.

The bathroom is indeed small but manageable. The fan is working well and just nice during fall.

Some rooms on the property need a assist bar installed to enter the room due to the threshold height. It would be an excellent safety precaution.

The room was nice and clean the staff was very friendly there was no problem checking in or checking out everything was already done very pleased with the staff.

The only real issue I had was the bed was extremely hard and I could not sleep they gave me a backache.

What a fabulous and comfortable room. King size bed, fireplace and a Jacuzzi tub for two. Location was great right next door to a market and just a block walk in between two different Mexican restaurants. Though it's on the east side of the highway, we had a beautiful view of an awesome sunset.

There is a large window in the room that had a note to please not open it. This left the room feeling kind of stuffy but there was a large fan provided and with the bathroom window open we use that and it made the room very comfortable.

Morro Bay used to be a bargain in the off season. But then gas used to be under $4.00 a gallon, so there's that. I booked this place because of price, plain and simple. It's definitely a great value based on that criteria as the room was large, clean, nicely appointed and the bed was great.

The facility is close to the 101, so there's traffic noise that you won't encounter if you book a motel in town. But the folks here have installed good windows and doors so the noise inside the rooms is dramatically reduced from that outside. I slept very well without being bothered by the parade of 18-wheelers passing by.

Thin walls, so it was very noisy from room neighbours and the highway direkt in front of the motel. site: beach was abou 500 m near, like written in the description, but the highway between was not crossable. So we had to go along the noisy street more than a mile and than half a mile to the beach. Stile inside loveless. No coffe machine, no wardrobe, chair and no coat hook or towel rail in the room. Much too expensive for that!

Basic amenities and acceptable cleanliness. Close to wharf and bay. Quiet at night. Our room was not right on road .

There was not enough airflow and windows were secured shut. I am a house keeper, sheets were clean but other specifics in the room could use work in the cleaning department.
