The pool - Mariah was also amazing at the front desk.

The marketing on the website. We signed up for a premium view for a room with “vineyard views” only to arrive and find there are no vineyard views at Vista Colina. Also additional clarity upfront for guests about the differences between the two properties. Maritage has a huge lobby with tons of staff and Vista Collina had Mariah by herself most of the day. She’s amazing but could really use at LEAST one other person all day long. Thank you!

I likes the venue, the hospitality, my room was huge with a double balcony. Grocery store on property, lounge with bowling alley (you have to reserve a lane, and that’s a fee).

I stayed got four days reserved a couples massage for my 2nd day stay. It was canceled shortly after booking due to maintenance. I was offered to reschedule for the 3rd day, it too was cancelled due to maintenance. Each time i was given the option to do the massage in a cabana or a guest room, but I wouldn’t get the spa amenities. My room had a kitchenette but only one skillet. I asked for an additional one each day but never received it. Housekeeping workers didn’t speak English, so there was a language barriers that was a challenge. I asked for additional/clean face clothes on day two and the housekeeper told me they didn’t have any. I asked her to bring them later, needless day I never received them. The front desk gave me a $100 credit to use on the property due to my complaints.

Great location and structure, very elegant and confortable. The room was great, with a view over the hills.

The service has to be implemented and better organized, due to the fact that is not adequate for a luxury hotel.

The pool, jacuzzi, valet

Staff it the front desk was rood and dismissive. Particularly a person named Jayden. Very rood and difficult. When I called the front desk I was put on hold for a long time. We waited 1.5 hours to get our room and then it had a broken bed frame. We asked for ice and they be we brought it to us. It was my daughters 21st birthday and we were told that they would send some Thing to our room but they didn’t. Overall I feel that the staff is not organized and do not treat the customers with respect

Vista Collina staff were friendly and all smiles. They didn't hesitate to offer assistance even if not initially requested. Resort grounds were clean and well maintained. Room came with complimentary bottle of wine and champagne was offered at check-in. Special requests for a romantic getaway were accommodated and very appreciated.

The resort restaurant Olive and Hay is relatively small with an open floor plan. Seating arrangements were poorly planned when large group seatings, and associated noise, eliminate any possiblity of an intimate dining experience. Fortunately, the food was mouth wateringly delicious and the service exceptional. Worth a return visit!

This property has a lot of amenities and things to do, which is unusual in wine country. It has an adult only and kids pool, restaurant on site and a shuttle to downtown Napa, among other things. The rooms are nice and clean.

Like all wine country hotels, it was very expensive even considering the amenities offered.

This property is top notch! Everything was perfect for our trip to Napa. Gina, the concierge was so helpful prior to our arrival and once we were there. The staff could not do enough for us. Will definitely stay here again!

The Location was amazing, inside a vineyard! Beautiful spacious rooms with all facilities. The breakfast and staff were excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Shortage of staff (bell-boys, Valet). It took us almost 30mins to get our car from the valet - too long!

Staff was Great! Shuttle was great!
