Excellent location, free parking is amazing, very nice guy Gary at front desk. I always stay here when in Napa a couple times a year.

Wifi never connected to internet even with the password, hopefully they fix that. Thankfully my service on my phone did. The window had plantation shutters that let in a bit of light at night and the left side didn't shut completely. I like a dark room for sleeping. The wall plugs had tiny blue lights so I had to place something in front to get the light gone, a bit annoying.

The staff and the location. I needed a bigger room and the largest suite was available. The staff member was very helpful adjusting my accommodations. It was great waking up and walking to my morning activity. Everything is about a 6-7 min drive.

Nothing. Well I drove my big truck, it didn't fit in the covered parking, but there was parking in the middle. This wasn't a problem but something to know if you drive a big car.

Great location to downtown restaurants and shops. Parking, check-in and out were easy. Friendly staff. Room smelled weird, but was modern, clean, very comfy bed. Pool area was cute, small, but looked clean. Felt like a safe area. Convenient mini fridge and microwave in room. Got the job done for 1 night stay. Would stay here again if I’m the area.

Room was a little small, but adequate. A bit on the pricey side, esp for not having a breakfast or room cleaning, but I’m sure you are just paying for the area. Nice they checked on us after getting in the room to make sure everything was ok… they had forgot to put soap and shampoo in the room so they brought that up, no biggie. Would be a nice touch to have hair conditioner and a makeup wipe like other hotels. 😉

SHOUT OUT TO GARY!!! HE IS AMAZING!!! You will make a friend when you leave this place. Best experience I’ve ever had at any hotels. Great location and GREAT STAFFS! They always made sure I have what I needed and able to answer every one of my questions. They are most helpful, friendly and accommodating!!!

There was that one time Gary told me to be spontaneous and take the city bus to tour wineries away from the city center and I got lost. The bus system was a bit chaotic. It was the worst experience ever! Just like in the movies where you get lost in a small town out of nowhere hoping maybe you’ll find your true love.. or hopefully you don’t get kidnapped. AHAHAHA JK JK! Gary will do everything in his power to make sure you have fun and of course, stay safe! I came back in one piece and had the most spontaneous fun yet!!! Thanks, Gary!!!

This was the most affordable hotel I could find and it was so worth it. The place is simple, but very confortante and clean. I would totally stay there again and recommend it to a friend looking to save some money on a stay, and still stay in a comfortable and clean place.

Housekeeping needs to provide the basics for the rooms. I was surprised I had to ask for soap for my room. As soon as I mentioned this oversight it was brought to my room quickly. I would also check the sink drain in room 305. It was extremely slow drain. It was not a big inconvenience for me but other guests this might be a problem. I would also suggest regular dusting of the wooden blinds in this room. Very dusty.

Central location was fantastic. We walked all over town after dinner

Only downside was a musty Oder upon walking into the roo I ran that a/c with the door open and didn’t notice it again until returning to the room later in the evening

The location was perfect! My daughter & I walked all over downtown Napa and along the river and always felt safe, even in the evenings. We loved that we could easily walk to all kinds of restaurants, a few tasting rooms and shopping in just minutes. We were also able to book wine tours and the company picked us up at the front door of the hotel. We weren't looking for a resort with all kinds of amenities, we just wanted a clean, safe, nice hotel in a good location. That's what we got along with a wonderful staff that could not have been more friendly and they made excellent suggestions. Our favorite was the General Store for breakfast. Went there twice it was so good! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Location - great for being central to stuff. Room - was very nice, bed comfortable, good pillows. Parking - convenient. Front desk/first face of this property is exceptional. Including "The Scoob..."

Location of the hotel and clean! Room was ready at check-in. We had a very enjoyable stay.

No wine corkscrew in the room or at the front desk. Staying in beautiful Napa Valley you think their would be one available to borrow. There was also a sign on the pool door that the pool was closed. Not sure if or when it would be available. Nothing was said during check-in.
