The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious. We had a refrigerator and microwave. Breakfast was good and the pool was clean and relaxing.

On the Booking.com website it showed 3 different prices for a room with 2 queens. I chose the highest priced room, thinking I would get a nicer room, maybe with a sliding door to the pool or something like that. When I got to the hotel, I was given the same room that I could've gotten had I chosen the cheapest room. We were on the bottom floor. I had to walk up and down the stairs to get to the ground floor. That was disappointing. If I had known, I would've booked the cheapest room with 2 queen beds.

The staff were super friendly. The minute I walked in to the hotel the reservationist was super friendly and accommodating. I told her we were there with our two granddaughters enjoying and learning about the gold country. Our oldest granddaughter played John Sutter in a school play. The Reservationist made sever comments about family and spending time together. She was super sweet and friendly.

Bed was saggy in the middle, toilet had floating "leftover" particles in it. I wanted to eat breakfast Sunday morning, but discovered it started at 7am instead of 6am. I had to check out at 6:15am. My room was right across the vending machines, and people were buying sodas at 4am, when the sodas were dispensed, it made loud clunking sounds.

The breakfast was great, we were very unhappy that they stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 when many families were turned away. I believe that during a holiday week an extension of breakfast hours.

Adela was very accommodating and had our room ready for check in. She even suggested a fantastic restaurant to try. My grandchildren enjoyed making waffles for breakfast. There was an abundance of hot and cold foods available . The location is convenient easy access to the freeway.

The room was a bit outdated especially for the daily rate Beat Western Plus charges. Also, the hot tub/spa was not hot on both the days we tried using it. Unfortunately, this cut our pool and spa time use in half.

Location next to great Mexican restaurant and bar. Otherwise nothing special about the room.

Had a fake electric fireplace that didn’t work. Path that management wanted us to take thru the pool area made us go thru 2 additional card check doors that had heavy doors, just to get to our room. This is a pain when you ‘re old and pulling multiple suitcases.

I really liked that it had a pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were great! Very clean and nice. Lots of easy accessable amenities. Staff was very accommodating and kind. I really enjoyed the breakfasts. Definitely worth the stay!

Lack of smoking rooms. Somewhat Noisy if you're wearing boots and walking down the hallway.

The room was clean and stacked! Staff was very responsive when needed. Bathroom was clean! I highly recommend. Lots of parking! I will come back again or book from a different best western. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was responsive with refilling the food!

None of the vending machines worked right. Whether using a card or cash. The staff was accommodating. Wasn't clear on pet deposits and each staff member gave a different price . One staff member said it was $40 deposited and then got charged $50 each pet each night. Mis informed .

Facilities was nice room was nice all good.

I got a room what I thought was going to be an entrance and exit to the pool that's what I thought turns out it's a locked sliding door I actually paid more for that room then they should have. Also the spa bubbles didn't work, But it was hot and relaxing nonetheless.
