Hampton Inn & Suites San Bernardino

My family loved everything about our stay. The best nights rest. Pillows and beds were very comfy. Loved the shampoo/conditioner & shower gels in the shower. Breakfast was a plus. Customer service at the front desk was good too.

What I didn’t like was we came to relax in the pool and jacuzzi. I called before arriving to check the pool hours and I was told the heat was turned off in the jacuzzi because it was too hot for kids. I felt like saying , then kids shouldn’t be allowed in the jacuzzi. That really was a spoiler for us adults that wanted to relax in the jacuzzi after a long day of work.

location was good and the facility was clean and tidy, some amenities are aged and need revamping but overall pretty good

there had been an upload of changes on the computer system the morning we arrived and there were some errors occurring with payments, my card had to be presented twice to get the terminal to accept payment, it eventually charged me twice for the payment and now some five days later I am still waiting to have my excess funds reimbursed

I liked that the property was in close proximity to our destination. There were plenty of convenient restaurants and stores, which were so helpful. I also absolutely loved the body products. they were wonderful, and it was such a great surprise of how well they worked, considering most times hotel bath & hygiene products are sub par. Thank you.

The staff was very nice and gave great recommendations for dinner. Most importantly though a housekeeper named Annette was very sweet from the first time I got on the elevator with her to the third time. She is what made me very happy with this stay. Please give her a smile for us.

Original room we received the toilet was not working but they gave us a different room across the hallway that was perfect.

The staff was very accommodating, professional and kind. The hotel was very nice. I enjoyed the atmosphere. I will only stay at this location during my 10 visits to California each year. Thank you.

The hot tub and pool. You state it’s heated pool. No that’s not the case at all pool was freezing I really was looking forward to the hot tub warm and hot with nice jets for my back. It was lukewarm at best the jets did work but hardly any pressure and no heat

Jacuzzi wasn't working it would of been nice if they had posted in their site also we did get to use the gym it was great but do to the covid situation you have to book it before hand it would of been nice if that info could have been known before booking if your looking forward to those amenities

We enjoyed their location many restaurants grocery stores and bank around the premises ...everything was clean breakfast was great staff was helpful and friendly the rooms were very clean no sign if cigarette smell

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I think the property is nice. They should pave that dirt lot to add additional parking. It wasn't an issue (parking) but it would be more aesthetically pleasing if they did something with it. They had to correct an issue on Booking.com(s) end.

The room and property was nice. Booking.com booked it under my mother's name even though I used my card information to pay for the room and they specifically had a space for her as the guest/second attendee. I also asked for neighboring rooms. The hotel didn't receive that input from Booking.com. The first night some questionable characters seemed to be having a lounge party in the parking lot with the smell of the sticky-iky in the air.

The representative Derice was phenomenal. Everything I needed he was on it. My sister just had surgery and I asked for a wheel chair and his manager went to go get it for me. They were cleaning a lot, it smelt so good. I would say the bed was comfortable it was not the softest, but good for the stay. The shower water lasted forever. The grab and go breakfast was kool. The hotel is by many shops and food locations it was prime for someone that wants to walk out of there room and to good stores like staples, Costco and many more.

Honestly it was great overall. If i had to complain it would be my sink drained very slowly, the ice maker on the 4th floor was broken so I had to go down to the 2nd floor to get it and no microwave in the room.
