I don't understand why the hotel's management doesn't care about the outside of the building, and how shoddy it looks. There were tons of cigarette butts, rat bait traps all over, irrigation boxes with missing covers and wire pulled out, broken landscape lights, abandoned cars covered with dirt in the front driveway.

I asked for my third day of stayed which was Monday November 21st if I can only have the restroom cleaned and the housekeeper just changed the towels for new ones . She didn’t even care to mop , clean or refill the shampoo , etc . Compare to the other ladies , they were amazing.

Nice hotel with a wonderful breakfast! All of the staff was very kind and helpful! Night staff was friendly and quick with check in. Room was clean and very large(Single King) clean large bathroom also! Kitchen staff was very kind and found a high chair for my son and made sure it was wiped down and clean for him!!

I got the type of room that I requested. The front desk staff was very nice, courteous and professional. Breakfast was okay.

I did not like my room not being cleaned daily as we agreed upon checkin. Only after the first evening did my room get cleaned. Why ask the question if the housekeeping staff is not going to honor the request. The breakfast was almost always gone early. the price had gone up 50% since my last stay, but nothing improved... basically price gouging with little or no justification. If more had to be paid to the staff, then why did the room not get cleaned?

The hotel is really clean, safe, and has friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable/soft with soft smooth sheets. Breakfast is included and variety served.

Loved the bathroom. The mirror, the shower, and it was so spacious. The kitchen was great too, loved the full size refrigerator. The continental breakfast exceeded our expectations by a mile

Bed and couch weren't very comfortable. The couch has a pull out bed and the cushion on top wasnt thick so it felt hard when you sit on the couch.

The front desk clerk when we checked in was excellent

I woke up late didn’t have the chance to try breakfast but hope I will next time. All the way around it was very comfortable smiling faces very helpful I like to continue to stay at the holiday inn in the future

The only thing didn't like later at night the next neighbor was been really loud. Hoping they would go to sleep . But overall it was great later they were queit.

Clean room, comfortable bed and nice staff. Good location and quiet place. Good breakfast!

Room is too cold, because air conditioning could not be adjusted.
