I loved the location, the nice room layout and kitchen area with table AND desk areas. The soap/shampoo dispenser in the shower was awesome. There were plenty of towels!!! The swivel base for TV viewing in all areas was appreciated!! Guess what?? The breakfast buffet was splendid!!! It was head and shoulders better than other hotels similar-caliber hotels I've been to. The icing on that cake was the pleasant, mindful staff member who worked in the dining area. She made sure everything was replenished, with GOOD quality items, and she was very pleasant!!! Though the housekeeping staff was off for Christmas (GOOD!!), a housekeeper came by, knocked on my door and asked if we needed anything since the rooms would not be serviced that day!!! THIS WAS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED (and unexpected)!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU 😊

No complaints here!! Just a mention--the electrical outlet on the left side of the bed did not work

The room set up, how we have to walk through the lobby to get to the elevators made it seem more secure, our room was next to the elevator but there was a storage room between to block the elevator noise. Liked the breakfast but when we arrived at 9am there wasn't any more souffle. Got some 10 min later when we saw someone replenish it.

Toilet was very short and I thought I missed. Wish there was a handle bar to help. Utensils were dirty. Shower dispensers seemed empty and took too many pumps to get barely get any shampoo and body wash. The conditioner was fine.

I liked the location. A lot of different store were real close by.

I didn't ikea that you couldn't truly control the ac in the room. It took a while for the room to cool down and stay cool. The hallway also felt stuffy, humid and in certain areas smelled of smoke..like someone smoked in the room.

Staff was very helpful whenever I had a question! I was in town for a cycling event and had a great weekend. I even ran into a olf friend who've I have not seen in 15 years! Breakfast selection was good. I would have liked perhaps a couple gluten free options.

The breakfast was closed about 9:15 am which I fely was early. I was having a coffee and noticed numerous people coming to the breakfst bar only to find out it was closed.

great service all through our stay and very clean

the only problem was how noisy the traffic all around the property is it was really loud especially at night I changed rooms from the first to fourth floor thinking it would help the noice level but it didn’t that’s the only complaint

The breakfast wasn't fabulous but would help someone on the go if they didn't have time to make something. The kitchen was a very nice bonus, and much appreciated. Even had utensils and a dishwasher. If you are planning on using the hide a bed be sure you have sheets for it. There were none provided, but when asked, the maid did give us some so we could make it up ourselves.

I never received any confirmation emails even after calling on 3 separate occasions to ask for one nor did I ever receive a bill stating what I would be paying for or for the completed stay. I still have no idea what I paid for because I was given NO paper receipt or email receipt.

Staff was exceptional. Very friendly. Room was great...good layout and amenities.

Location - Traffic noise. No Pool. Breakfast was sub-par. Need to have real eggs and add potatoes. Coffee was great.

Friendly staff, first impression areas were clean. Nice pool area. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable
