Very comfortable for our week stay with our little dog. Quiet, clean and centrally located and very reasonable price Breakfast was amazing! As well, the pool and gym were very convenient and welcomed.

Had to take out our garbage several times and request things that are usually brought to the room like toilet paper, towels and washcloths. Maid service would come at inconvenient times and they could not understand me, nor me them, but they were great at keeping the place running. Also, a delivery truck pulled up right outside our room at 4am making alot of noise, so I had to go to the front desk in my pjs to complain. They told me there was nothing they could do, but it got better after I expressed my concerns.

The staff was wonderful, from the front desk to the ladies in the dining room to the maintenance crew. Breakfast was good, buffet style was super easy. The room was clean, bed, bedding and pillows were comfortable! I was able to relax and just enjoy. I liked the design of the room, very spacious.

The couch/sofa bed cushions were a bit thin, but I guess all couch/sofa beds are that way? And one little vanity thing, need extra hooks on the bathroom door so you can hang more than one item on the door.

It was very clean, liked that it was pet friendly because our fur baby came along. The breakfast was very good

The only thing I didn’t like was that my husband called ahead of time to ask if they charges extra for pets and they gave him an amount over the phone. We decided to bring our fur baby along. When I checked in it was a whole different amount and they couldn’t do anything about it. I had to pay it because I couldn’t drive back 6 hours to leave him back home. That was very upsetting and frustrating.

We loved how convenient the location was for us since it was so close to the wedding we were attending. It was clean and very nice

The breakfast could be a lot better and we wished would have been given all the info when we checked in. We didn’t realize we had to request for our room to be cleaned early in the morning. The hotel shows they have a restaurant with a 24/7 menu it was advertised in our room when we went down stairs the kitchen was closed .

The breakfasts are very good. Room very clean and quiet. Location is good, about 15 minutes from Legoland, outlet mall, etc.

When searching a room for 4 people ( 2 adults 2 teenagers), the website recommended the king suite, which costs less than two queen beds. So we picked the king suite. A bit surprised there is not enough bedding for the pull-out sofa beds. So we have to ask the front desk for it. We received the extra bedding pretty fast though.

The room was a good size and for our purposes of scouting out the Carlsbad area, it was pretty centrally located.

I’m really tired of the whole “because of Covid we will do literally nothing for you” treatment. It felt like we were constantly having to hassle the front desk for little things like shampoo and even toilet paper. Just service people’s rooms please!

The location is easily accessible and has free parking around the entire building. The room was clean and everything was in working order. The charging block on the side of the bed which had 12V ports and USB ports was very convenient; as was the component plugin system for the TV. The theme of the room had a modern, yet warm and homely feel. Another interesting feature of this hotel was the "energy efficient" design which requires you to keep a hotel card in a slot near the door to keep the room powered on (lights and AC/heater). One of the most memorable parts of the stay was the front desk member (Ryan) who was extremely friendly during our check-in. He took the time to explain to us many of the amenities of the hotel that we inquired about. There wasn't a question we had about the hotel that he couldn't answer and told us to feel free to give him a call if we had any more questions. We felt very welcome thanks to his friendliness and will definitely be staying at this location again if we are ever in the area.

The only two issues we had with the location were both related to the shower. The first was the inner door handle for the shower, a fairly small circular piece mounted to the glass and difficult to use opening/closing the door. I was also worried about accidentally bumping into it. The second issue is that the towel rack was inside the shower. Not too big of an issue, we just relocated the towels before using the shower.

The staff is 100% wonderful and very welcoming. The hotel is near immaculate as far as the grounds and facilities.

There was glass in my rooms carpet . My kid and I kept getting poked on our feet. Not until the next morning did we see why, large pieces of broken glass in the hard to reach areas like under the couch. The small slivers in the carpet made it pretty miserable/ we ended up just wearing shoes all night to deal with it. Just bad luck running into this as the hotel is normally very very nice.

We left a day earlier than planned due to illness but hotel couldn’t check us out. They claimed it was because we had used booking.com so we were forced to get charged for all the nights Probably will not use them again

Spacious room. The furnitures in the room are clean. Quiet location and not too far away from Legoland.
