all the amenities. restaurant staff was 70% of the reason we came back to the hotel. most employees were extremely helpful and kind to us.

our phone didn’t work in our room even after maintenance came to look at it. very frustrating. no direct number. we did not know we were refusing all housekeeping we just thought they wouldn’t come everyday. so when we needed the room to be cleaned we weren’t allowed to have them come to our room. just a refresh. so we had chips on our floor the whole trip. that was also disappointing

The pool was warm on a cold evening

The fire pit wasn’t working that’s what on the staff said. Another couple that was Asian told the staff about the fire pit and same thing wasn’t working. I didn’t think nothing of it but when a Caucasian couple ask about the fire pit with in minutes he got another staff to turn it on. He notice what I encounter as well as the other couple so before I could speak to him or his manger he left by then we all share the fire pit. I felt discriminated

1. Wow-Our room on the 11th floor overlooked the bay- awesome view from the balcony!! Fresh sea air was intoxicating, I didn't want to leave the room for dinner. By 2. The diverse staff was refreshing. Our waiter, from the Netherlands, was very gracious and my daughter had actually traveled to his city. Made for a great experience for her. 3. Big plus for me, a coffee drinker+++They had real creamers in the room!!! (Instead of that powdery stuff) and Starbucks coffee. 4. Nice details. I liked the open shelves instead of drawers and the pop-up outlets in the desk. 5. Great pillows, mojitos and service.

1. The sheets could've been a lot softer, less starchy. 2. Wished there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom. 3. We Didn't find any entrees on the menu to our liking at the in-house restaurant.

Super double bed room, view overlooking marina, great sunsets. Had the best half chicken ever at the Resturant, We sat outside with a gas fire and very attentive service. I ordered a chicken dish which think it was called Mary. Only one bone being the drum stick in the whole portion! It was both Tender, moist very flavoursome with a great spicy source.Our sever called the chef whom I applauded for their outstanding dish. Next night went to our first baseball match to support the local team the Padres.

Ice machine not working, on several floors. The hotel was a bit remote and access to the city was by uber although you could have taken the hotel service to the airport and then used public transfer from there.

The property was close to the San Diego Airport. There were restaurants, a pool, jacuzzi, gym, laundry room.

Parking was $47/day. Breakfast isn’t included in the price. The restaurant offered a breakfast buffet for $30/adult, $15/child. The options were the usual breakfast foods, so we felt it was pricey for eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal, pastries & fruit. The room we stayed in wasn’t renovated yet. It would’ve cost an extra $125/night to stay in an updated/renovated room.

I just loved the view in the morning and how clean the place was. The bed and the sheets were very confortable as well. Would’ve been 10 /10 but I took 2 stars away because of how unnecessarily expensive the parking is.

There is a charge for the parking space unnecessarily expensive, and it’s not even shaded. It’s a parking space outside and I feel like it isn’t even supervised. Not a bad area, but still for what were paying it should be a lot more taken care of.

Location was perfect. Our room door had stains on them from the outside; however, the inside was clean.

Without informing me and obtaining my consent, the hotel staff went and charged my card an additional $534, after three hours of our initial check-in. When I asked the following morning, they said they did not know which even made things worse. Finally, they said this was a security deposit. I found such an action very unprofessional. I do not intend to stay at Sheraton Hotel in the future.

Location is fantastic. I almost changed hotels when I realised it was close to the airport, but frankly every hotel in San Diego is close to the airport as it is literally in the centre of the city! Rooms were clean. We had a room overlooking the pool and marina which was lovely. We sat on the balcony each day watching the world go by…. Having access to the pool was fabulous after a day exploring San Diego. The food in the Shoreline cafe is quality. . Staff were great all over the hotel.

Well it didn't start out well , we were supposed to have a room in the main tower with a Marina view , we were put in the Linai building with a view of a Large motor and all you could hear was loud thumping music from the main Pool area. My wife was almost in Tears . so we went back to the Loby and found a manager and I told we were there Celibrating our 44th year Anniversary and that the room we were given was totally un exceptable.He could see how upset my wife was so got us a Drink and told us let me see what he could do .when he came back he had got us a room in the Bay Tower on the 8th Floor with a Bay view.we were Extremely Happy with the room!!

Well it would have been Great if we didn't have go through the initial process of going through all stress of trying to get a decent room , that was very disappointing.

Great location if you are trying to be close to the airport. Wish I had a little more time to spend there as they have some nice fire pits out back overlooking the marina. I made use of the airport shuttle. The driver was great. Note that I was told they were only 14 spots in the van, so if you’re cutting it close, make sure you get there early!

The drain in my room did not drain the sink very well.
