Rooms are small

Location near Old Town District; close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms clean and comfortable. Utilized the Starbucks each day for muffin and morning coffee.

While parking in the Old Town area is at a premium and I paid for on-site parking, I would have wished that it was either a a cheaper rate or an included feature of the hotel. The secured parking was as very nice feature!

The location was great and the property felt safe and secure. I liked the fact that the parking garage was locked and a key card was needed to access the garage and the elevators. The market in the lobby was nice since we arrived late in the evening and needed some snacks after traveling. The room was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay.

The hotel itself was lovely. It was clean and the staff was friendly. One representative helped me get an early check-in so I could get ready for a function, which was extremely helpful. The staff in the dining area was super kind and patient with everyone in the coffee line in the morning!

Because of Comic Con, the price for the room was doubled. Because of that, I couldn’t stay the two nights I was originally planning to stay. Also, I had a parking pass and had to pay 25.00 for the day; however, in the evening when I returned to the hotel at 10:00pm, there were no spaces in either garage. I had to park on the street, which was fine, but paid 25.00 to park in the garage. The only other thing is I did not receive a wi-if password upon check-in, which is unusual.

I loved that it was a small property. Very easy to navigate in and out! The staff was very friendly. All the staff was friendly. Once you walk in the door the people from the front desk to the people cleaning to the people working in the bistro. Even the people just walking in the hallway always had a smile on there face! It was the best experience ever! It was a budget friendly hotel! But EXCELLENT!!!!! there was a mini mart at the front so anything u mightve needed like a drink of soda water juice milk for the kids was there. a late night snack theres a microwave. then the bistro had starbucks and meals so it was great! a small pool so the kids werent running like crazy around and enough to watch them! i truly loved it!!!!!!

The beds were so comfortable. Slept like a baby. 😃😃🥰🥰. The staff was really nice, when I informed them of the beds being comfortable, they stated that they had just gotten new beds. Old town san diego restaurants are just walking distance from the hotel, like 3 blocks , so if you want to have drinks and not worry about. It.

Value for a pet was way overpriced. Makes me want to start sneaking him in .... not a fun option but $75!!!! for a pet that is non barking, small, hypoallergenic, non shedding. What did I get for this money? Nothing at all. A real ripoff. Will not stay here again because of that.

It was very good and it was served hot and it was good. They were good options for breakfast food. We were very pleased with breakfast.

The beds in our room are just a little too soft since we are used to sleeping on very firm beds. It was not what we’re accustomed to otherwise everything in the room. It was very nice.

better communication in a event of an evacuation. During our stay a fire alarm evacuation went off, there was very little communication from the staff on where to meet instead of everyone blocking up the emergency exits.

We loved the area we stayed in, it was safe and calm. When it comes to the room, bed was comfortable, room was spacious, it was clean. Our view was nice as well.

The bathroom was nice, only issue was that there was bugs crawling around. Thankfully boyfriend was the one who got rid of them.
