Staff all very friendly and helpful. Facilities excellent and the property is in a fantastic location.

Our room was not cleaned on the day booked for a full clean. A solution was found to our satisfaction which was to bring in a cleaner the next day specifically to do the job. The kitchen did not have an electric jug to boil water. We used a saucepan instead. It wasn't a major inconvenience as we didn't bother asking reception for an electric jug. I'm sure one would have been provided had we asked. We need it only to make tea in the mornings. There was a terrible sulphur/gas smell in the evenings from the surrounding gardens on our side of the building. It started a few days after our arrival and we often returned to our accommodation in the late evenings. The smell was not noticeable once inside so it was just unpleasant to walk from the elevator to our room is all.

Ideal location surrounded by shops, short drive to Lake Powey and only 20 minutes from the coast, Del Mar being the nearest, just across the freeway from The Black Mountains for biking and walking Small pool and hot tub with sun loungers, tables and chairs Nice little central communal area with a fire pit, BBQ, festoon lights and comfortable seating for evenings It's not luxury or state of the art latest styles, but rooms are large, clean and have everything you need inc small kitchen area with a large fridge and microwave, couple of hot plates and crockery and cutlery. We used the lounge area as a bedroom (the sofa is a sofa bed) and there was still plenty of room

Stayed here a couple of times now and they're doing a great job providing a breakfast in a bag (instead of their usual buffet due to Covid) just be nice to see some variety, maybe small cereal boxes now and then or vegetarian options for the hot croissants / buns, the odd pastry perhaps :)

The room was nicely decorated. We did take advantage of the stove. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet

$10 a day for parking in a suburban neighborhood! We had trouble with the bill and it took nearly an hour to straighten it out.

Breakfast was Good. Location was nice in that there were restaurants within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and the Staff was very nice.

The check in and check out process was Verrrry Slow. I was splitting the room cost with my Cousin and they did not know how to handle it. It took us about 20 minutes of standing there while they tried to figure it out. The check in time was no better. Maybe some training is needed.

Breakfast was very good, although I would have liked scrambled eggs a couple of days instead of omelets. Our suite had a full size refrigerator and nice microwave. The bathroom was roomy.

Check-in was a mini nightmare. One person at the front who spoke somewhat broken English. Didn't seem all that computer literate. She was trying to help someone ahead of me who also spoke broken English. It took a half hour to check-in. After a long day, that's not good.

The rooms were clean , well done and very spacious. Great value.

Check in took a bit longer due to computer issues. I also think the front desk and lobby do not represent how well appointed and lovely the room and this hotel are. They could use some updating in lobby. So whatever cleaning solution is being used is too strong. Odor was too much.

A great place to stay! Room fit 5 of us comfortably, parking was available close to the room. Room was clean and the full kitchen was great!

There were not enough pillows, only 2 per bed and we had to call to get sheets for the pull out bed, and when we requested pillows they had none left.

There was space for everyone to be comfortable. The kids had their own room. The room also had a complete kitchen. The breakfast was great as well. The staff was kind and helpful.

Able to walk to stores, restaurants and take out food. The hotel Staff was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was well done and quite a variety. My family and I enjoyed the hotel and especially the location.
