I lived in Santa Maria one mile from the Radisson until March of this year. Very familiar with the property. it is a great property and location. Comfortable. The entire hotel needs upgrading. It has been awhile.

All electrical outlets need upgrading. Bathroom fixtures. My main complaint is concerning the workers that stay weekly at the hotel. A policy needs to be established that they park their LARGE work trucks in the large parking lot instead on the close parking lot. One truck takes up three paring places. Not fair or convenient for the travelers. A senior discount would be nice. Even Motel 6 gives a discount for AARP members WITH their card.

This; s a beautiful hotel with a lovely lobby, restaurant, pool and Jacuzzi --all which were open! Best of all the rates were very reasonable, especially given the overpriced hotels on the west coast this summer. Most of the hotels we have stayed in this summer have been at best barely functioning, even though Covid restrictions are over. So it was a delight to stay in a hotel that actually offered what it advertised online. A nice extra is that it is next to a small airport and you can watch the planes from some of the balconies and restaurant. Since my husband is a private pilot he loved it!

It was a nice place staff was very helpful and kind, great customer service. Having communication with the staff through text was great also. The pool and spa are awesome.

I got a king room with the balcony and it was nice but when I looked closely I noticed that underneath the couches in the living room where not swept. I moved them over and it was filthy. The small sink in the kitchen, the knob was broken so it was difficult to turn on.

Big room and big bathroom. Microwave in room. Swimming pool. Even it is next to airport it is an airport for private jets and no flights during night. Big hotel and helpful service. No problems with parking place. Even if hotel needs to be refreshed, it is still Radisson quality.

Rooms with balcony on patio side are quite dark. Looks OK and seems to be cool from outside, but finally it is dark.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. It was quiet and we would recommend anyone to book a room here. We only stayed one night but if a longer stay we would of tried their breakfast. The clerks at the desk were very polite and friendly. They immediately informed us if we needed anything they would assist us. Great job. We also took a tour of the hotel and noticed a family having a great time at the pool. Something for anyone to look forward to if they desire. We left with a smile on our faces. Thanks for the restful time.

We really appreciated the quality of the pool, sauna, fitness room and hot tub. These amenities were the perfect remedy after driving for 6 hours as well allowed us to feel rejuvenated for our business affairs the next day.

What I noticed was that I missed the classic binder that provided the information about the hotel, ie everything that we had to access with a QR code. It was cumbersome; as well did not provide the menu to The Vintners Restaurant. I had to do an independent web search to research what the restaurant offered. Also the QR code only led to the Brunch menu and did not provide a general cafe menu nor hours for when it was open. The WiFi was spotty and we had to relog in while in the middle of using it which was odd.

The room was proper 1 bedroom with king size bed. Attached bathroom. Room was extremely clean with tv. The room had a study table with lamp, mini-fridge, microwave, night lamps etc. It met all my expectations. I was able to use the swimming pool and the gym during my stay. The gym even had sauna which I used after my swimming session.

The swimming pool had a few bugs in it and there were people smoking even though they were in non-smoking rooms. The hotel location was a bit further away from most of the restaurants in the area.

although we were in a dog friendly room on bottom floor, the closest access to the Dog area outside was through the pool area and it was locked in the morning so we had to take the dog all the way through the hotel to the front and then back around to the Dog area

Very nice hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms. Restaurant and bar in motel good. Nice big area to sit and talk with family. Pool/jacuzzi area very nice. Watched planes land and take off from our window in our room. Staff very helpful.

The hotel is beginning to show some wear and tear but nothing major. Everything is well kept and everything worked.

We stayed here for a single night to break up a long road trip up the coast. This well-located hotel was a pleasant surprise. Easy check in, friendly staff, and our room was quiet and comfy and of good size. Nice pool and spa. The hotel restaurant was convenient and pretty good as well. Would stay again.
