The location was perfect and our room was very spacious. The location was very clean and beautiful.

The staff preparing breakfast on Saturday, July 6th was fantastic! Unfortunately, they did not have the support they needed and the inlet line took over 25 minutes to get an inlet while the rest of the breakfast was empty due to the lack of food. They were working extremely hard to make sure everyone had their omelets. There were also a lack of all breakfast which was not the staff’s fault. Staff was informing everyone that they did not receive their food delivery therefore there was a lack of resources to replenish the eggs, pancakes, French toast and what not. Again, the staff was fantastic and doing the best they could. They all deserve to be recognized for all of their hard work that day.

Described “Two - Room“ king Suite is a bit confusing, it actually only has one bed and one sofa bed in the very small living room , the bathroom is inside the bedroom, these are inconvenient for 4 adults staying in one suite. We end up with purchasing another room when checked in. Luckily they have a vacancy room by the time. And we been charged 4 times fees at the moment showing on my account. Hope that are deposit will be refunded to us soon.

The breakfast options exceeded my expectations. It was busy while we were at breakfast and utensils were hard to come by, like they ran out.

We booked here for the breakfast and jacuzzi. Upon arrival we learned the jacuzzi wasn't working.

The location and staff were fantastic. This is the second time we stay at this location and it did not disappoint. We have been recommending this location to all of our friends and family.

The cleanliness

The local fee, I find it discriminatory my buddy a white guy also a local stayed at the same hotel, but he didn’t get hit with a local fee. Who in their right mind would pay so much for a room to just smoke weed in it gimme a break

The bartender is a very hard-working lady, and she has a great attitude. we were there the day they celebrated a lady 90 birthday, and it was busy during happy hour The next day she was chef she had a smile and made a delicious meal its wonderful staying at your property

We were here for only one night but took advantage of the free breakfast and their breakfast crew was amazing. They were super busy but still provide great food and service. The place was clean and comfortable.

The front desk was a little unorganized, took a while to get checked in. Not to bad, they were super busy.

I am a long time customer of Embassy Suites and enjoy the value for the money. The staff did their best to make us feel welcome.

I did not like the surrounding area too much - homeless people and shuddered businesses, but that is not the fault of Embassy Suites.

Easy check in. breakfast bar was awesome with an omlette bar to boot. The staff in the kitchen was great. The happy hour bar staff was super friendly and offered great service. Had a problem with the AC and the front desk offered us another room.

The room was a little musty. The toilet paper roll was half empty. The elevator was out of service the evening we checked in.

The breakfast is awesome! Excellent quality and the chef making the eggs was very professional

The rooms air filters need to be changed and could feel the dust in the room!
