The family running the location is very friendly and always willing to help in any way they can. The location was perfect because it was only a few blocks from downtown Arroyo Grande (and my favorite burger joint “Old Village Grill”) and it gave my family and I a chance to get out and walk around. Plus it was close enough to the freeways and the main road if I wanted to go anywhere else.

The room was very clean, spacious and has a pleasant decor, with cheerful colors throughout the property. This was my 3rd stay but first time in a room with 2 beds. I will always pick the larger room in the future even though I enjoyed the smaller room previously. The property owners are very nice and polite. Perfect stop over on our trip, with a very convenient location.

Distance from family.
No comfortable place to sit, just 2 straight back chairs. Only 2 pillows. And the base boards as well as carpet by the baseboards was dirty. I did not find the mattress comfortable and we only had 1 blanket, no extra blanket.

Clean, with very basic amenities. A very large room with comfy bed. AC worked great! Quiet little motel, easily walk to the quaint downtown Village area!
Parking is pretty tight, I was glad we didn't take my full size pickup on this trip.

This is a neat older style motel design reminiscent of historic Route 66. The rooms have been updated though and it is a comfortable stay. Not opulent by any means but a the value is great compared to other motels in the area. Within minutes of the beach and lots of food/shopping.
Carpet had an iron mark in the middle of the room. Registration is being done from the outside through a window making it hard to hear or ask questions. Freeway traffic noise is a bit loud.

Ease of parking. Check in was a breeze. my room was clean. It's perfect for those on a budget. Clean & Safe Area. My back paid the price for being a cheapskate. Bed was super uncomfortable.
Walked across the street to buy snacks & water. 2 minute walk at the most.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable & well kept. We would stay agian if in the area.
The carpets appeared to be sticky i noticed the one time i walked on it with no shows. So other than the carpet needing cleaned. The rest was nice & enjoyable
