The Inn itself was very quaint! The staff was VERY attentive. The restaurant was excellent. The shower was excellent - large and well lit. The facility was very clean. There was wine in the room if you wanted to partake which is a nice touch. My mom needed a step to get into the bed which was a bit high, and they found one for her, which was lovely.

There were 2 steps to get into the bathroom, which we knew about before going. I was travelling with my 91 year old mother. A handle to hold onto would have been nice. The toilet was a bit low. The two chairs in the room were a bit rickety. I think there was a concert venue nearby and we could hear them, but it wasn't a problem - it didn't go late.

Our romantic and charming high ceiling room was very comfortable and clean, with 3 armchairs, closets and nice furniture. As it was in the third floor, it was very silent, we were able to have a quit resting night in a great bed. No noise at all at the third floor, even facing the street, with plenty of free parking space. There’s a small elevator to bring the luggage, but using the charming stairs to leave the room was much more exciting for is. There are adorable art pieces! We had five stars breakfasts outside the hotel, as the location is wonderful, close to restaurants, stores, museum, etc.

I didn’t like the shower curtains because they weren’t odor free.

Short walk to downtown, but far enough to avoid noise. Staff was friendly and prompt with any requests. It was quite hot while we were there. The staff made sure we had plenty of bottled water while we were there. The room was perfect and we really enjoyed the soaking tub after a long day of walking in the heat.

The service was great - all of the employees were super helpful and pleasant. Had dinner there the first night...it was delicious. We had breakfast each morning...also great!

The bathroom in our room could use a little bit of upgrading...it was a bit underwhelming.

Unique, boutique hotel. Reminded us of some charming European hotels we have stayed at in the past. Room was spacious and comfortable, and the shampoo/lotion/soap were great quality.

Elevator was quirky- so we ended up carrying our wine cases from wine tasting up the stairs. We could hear our neighbors a bit- we were right next door to a couple with a baby, but did not suffer too much (we remember those days!)

The property was ideally located. Within walking distance to everything we wanted. The rooms were clean and staff friendly and very helpful. I liked that all the rooms were unique and had their own personality!

Coffee maker would have been nice but staff got it for us.

I booked the room with the Spa tub and it was so nice. The balcony was quiet and having breakfast in the morning was so beautiful. Breakfast was hot and they made everything correctly and it was delicious.

It's a bit pricey, there's no elevator and there was also a dead bug in my room but other than that it was a beautiful room and i had a nice relaxing stay. It was amazing.

Fabulous all round and the staff were all wonderful with their service - nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent. Only criticism, the bathroom could do with updating.

Bathroom in room needs updating. A small coffee table in the room would be useful if having breakfast in the room

Really liked the quaint, boutique quality of the Mirabelle Inn. The room was cozy, clean, and charming. The hotel is nicely decorated and appointed.

There was only one clothes hanger in the closet. There was no refrigerator in the room. Also, no telephone in the room.

The place is charming and rooms very clean. The bathroom was not huge but had a shower and separate tub. Love the Shampoo and lotions.

Wish they had more electrical outlets in the room with more ability to charge devices. Also wish they would serve breakfast in the restaurant since there is no table in the room to eat breakfast.
