rooms were hood size and jacuzzi style bath in standard room

room wasn’t easily accessible from parking lot. a bit of a walk down a hall up a staircase then through a door over a walkway then through another door then a long a walkway around a corner then a long another walkway to my room . just kinda of funky.,

Very comfortable bed and lots of storage space . Very quiet as well!

The coffee was not great otherwise great place 2 stay

The Kronborg Inn kinda saved our trip. We had a very busy, & semi- stressful days leading up to stay there. We actually got waylaid due to road closures on Highway 1. Took us a while to get down there as a result. The staff was so friendly & accommodating, plus we liked the room & the pool so much, that we almost immediately decided to add an extra night to our stay. Pool was awesome. Staff was great. Room was great. The hotel had a really nice vibe, all around. This hotel was a beacon of light for us on this trip & I won't forget that.

The only issues we had during our stay were mainly with the internet. Had problems with the internet the entire time. Both of us. That was kinda frustrating. The staff explained that they were switching providers or something, which might be interrupting the signal. Idk. The shower had its issues. The handle was old, & pretty janky. Shower worked, but it needs a new handle, among other things. It was an old shower, in need of some updating. I also kept having trouble with the door keys. Usually one of them would stop working. It's possible they were touching something that wiped them. Not sure.

Very big and clean room. King size bed. Pool was clean and warm and right out the sliding glass door at the rear of the room, which was really convenient and nice. No soda machine. The check in staff was friendly and efficient. Literally a 5 min walk to downtown Solvang. My only real complaint is that my room and I assume the rooms that face the main road into town is EXTREMELY noisy at night and even worse early morning. No sleeping in. I would stay again but request a room in the center court or rear of the Inn.

Clean, roomy comfortable.

The staff welcoming us were very warm. They had no problem with us parking our RV in the lot. I liked the location of this hotel because it was away from the fracas but certainly within an easy walk. I also loved the personal balconies overlooking the courtyard pool, although I don't know how I'd feel about that if it had been busy, because I could see that situation getting loud.

Bathrooms are clean but really small compared to the size of the rooms themselves. Our fridge seemed too warm but the knob was missing so we couldn't adjust the temp. Don't know if that was on purpose.

The room was spacious and well appointed. The bathroom was spotless and the jets in the tub were a plus. The pool area just outside our glass door gave a pleasent view. The overall experience was exceptional for this 1 night stay

Exitiing from the east entrance was a little challenging. We had our view blocked of on coming traffic by the rose bush planted right at the street. Please keep this one bush well trimmed for safety sake.

great location and staff was extremely accommodating. My husband and I spent our anniversary here and they were so kind! We requested a top floor on the back side away from the street and they put us in one! Also had a jet bathtub! Another kind thing the hotel did is let us get a later check out in the morning so we could finish work inside. comfy, quiet and kind! highly recommend:)

there was just a little light coming in the window all night but doesn’t bother most people I assume:) if you bring an eye mask that would help.

This is what I would call a high-end motel, which is exactly what we wanted. We didn't use the pool and hot tub during this stay, but the room came with a refrigerator that we used to store leftovers from meals in town. The lobby had business cards for cab services, which we utilized. The room was clean, spacious and had a private balcony that I used to read and call my father to wish him a happy father's day. The landscaping around the motel was lovely - lots of trees, flowers, birds - a real oasis, and it was just a short block to the center of town. Perfect for a long weekend of wine-tasting.

Staff was excellent, beds and pillows were so comfortable! The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our family gathering of 18 people welcome!

The location is great, close to downtown. The hot tub was clean, not too busy. Friendly staff.

The towels are very old. The shower - cannot control water flow. The water was not draining easily in the tub. No make up mirror for women.
