Manager was able to move us to a ground floor room so my aged Mom would not have to climb stairs even though check in person said there were none available. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, location was excellent.

It was clean,quiet and perfectly located. Close enough to everything but away from everything when you are finish for your day and want to be way from the foot traffic

The Hadsten House is very quaint and conveniently located. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the beds are very comfortable. Each room came with plenty of room to store your things, and it was well-stocked with toiletries. They also gave us coupons for free continental breakfast at one of the local bakeries, which was very delicious!

The room we were in was oddly constructed because the AC unit was in the bathroom and could not reach the rest of the room very well. They also did not have a microwave which would have helped us. The undercarriage of my bed was a little broken, causing my bed to be lopsided a bit.

Property was close to everything we needed, rooms were clean and updated and staff were personable.

Not sure if they had elevators or not, but that would have been helpful.

The bed was very comfortable. I had a king room and liked that there were 2 firm pillows and 2 squishier pillows. I also liked how friendly the staff were and was pleased with the cleanliness of the room, especially the bed.

I mostly liked everything. The light on the AC was kind of bright and the TV was a little confusing because it wouldn't show what channel was playing what program like a normal guide. I would've liked a robe in the room. Wi-Fi didn't work for my phone; it worked for my friend but was pretty slow.

Booking.com is lying to you when they tell you that the room you are booking includes a spa tub. As I was being told there was no spa tub in the room I booked even though I had it in writing from this site that it did, another couple showed up with the same expectations from this site. The poor staff! They were so nice to me even though I was frustrated and made it up the best they could. The room they switched me to was beautiful.

That booking.com misrepresented what I was purchasing and trying to get this site to fix a problem they created is impossible because they have terrible customer service.

We had asked for a quiet room, and we were given one of the handicap rooms. It was very nice, and very clean. What I enjoyed most came after we checked out. After a 400 mile drive, we arrived home to find that Eric had left his pillow with it's silk pillowcase, and his T.E.N.S. unit for his pain. We called immediately, and the manager, Rebecca, assured me that would prepare it for shipping, and gave me the local UPS phone number to arrange for it to be picked up. It was picked up less than 2 hrs later and Rebecca let me know. It's so nice to find an establishment who values their customers and takes good care of them- even when they mess up!!

The view of the multiple tanks (oxygen? Propane?) a foot from my bathroom window wasn't very reassuring...

The staff is amazing! With all the Covid stuff they still provided breakfast at nearby Bakery! The staff friendly compassionate, helpful, The reservation was for My sister who needed a little time away. She checked in Thursday browsed, shopped, tasted wine and chocolates had a relaxing time until Sunday while out shopping she fell and broke her leg! She went by ambulance to the local medical center who did X-rays and said definitely needs surgery and sent her to Santa Barbara for surgery! She called me, I called the hotel and arranged a possible extra night and drove to Solvang by way of Santa Barbara. I found her car near where she fell and the hotel allowed me to park the car at the hotel for a few days so I could arrange a trip up with someone to drive her car home. I ended up not needing the extra night and they did not charge me! When I went up to get her car first thing they asked how my sister was doing and asked me to give her their well wishes and they were praying for a speedy recovery! I will always recommend them to friends headed to Solvang!!

Walking distance from everything we wanted to do in Solvang! The room was very clean, and quite spacious. The water in the shower took no time to get hot and the free breakfast at the bakery near by was delicious.

Our room was right next to the storage room for the cleaning carts so sometimes we can hear things knocking around.

The room was spacious and conveniently located. The beds were comfortable and they offered breakfast through a local bakery due to COVID.

The bathtub had mold and there was water damage in the bathroom. I also messaged the property through the Booking app and no one responded to my questions.
