AC Hotel by Marriott Sunnyvale Cupertino

Location and modern/new floorplan.

One of the worst breakfasts we ever had. Even much cheaper motels offer better breakfasts. Not a single hot item was available and everything was cold/dry. Even cheap bagels were not available. When asked, sever said bagels were served only after all breads were consumed (never heard of such a rule/excuse). Shame on Marriot for offering such a poor quality breakfast.

The facilities are new and up to date. The staff was helpful and friendly. Ample parking. The location is easy to access.

The bathroom can use a larger counter space. The traffic noise in late evenings can be annoying sometimes. Not the hotel's fault. The noise is mainly from those loud cars and motorcycles that have modified mufflers. It is disappointing that there are always a few every evening.

The hotel was clean and smelled amazing! Everyone was so friendly and welcomed us home every day. Offering well wishes when we left. Rooms were clean and well kept. Loved the rain shower. The gentleman who helped serve breakfast was exceptional and made us feel appreciated. Loved the decor. Lots of seating in the lobby and outside. Live music one night. Will stay again if we have the chance!

Can't think of anything they could have done better!

Everything was great. I received a large, warm cookie upon arrival. The elevator had extra safety as you had to use your room card to operate it. The room was so modern and new! There was bottled water in the room fridge with an offer of more if we wanted it. Upon exit, we were offered a full breakfast that came with the room cost, but we weren't hungry. Very friendly and courteous employees.

I think paying 18.00 extra to park was excessive. Otherwise, it was an exceptional value and hotel.

there were small ants in my room. after looking carefully, i noticed food crumbs around the desk legs and in the crevices of the room.

Hotel is within 20 minutes drive to almost every places, including Standford, Apple park, Google buildings and 山城辣妹子. Made me super easy to meet friends there.

The only thing I want to mention here is it charges you $3 for 1 pack wash detergent. Bring your own if you don't want to wast money on this.

We didn’t get a scheduled house cleaning and the manager came and fixed the problem immediately. I have breakfast included and it’s just delicious. Lobby is clean and bright. Coffee is hot and fresh.

Amazing hotel for the price. Center of everything in the city. Great and friendly staff. Super clean. Modern, lovely decor and the lighting in the rooms were beautiful. Amazing shower and bathroom setup.

Modern hotel with underground parking and EV-chargers. It was very convince.

The breakfast was very poor.

The bedside reading light was not bright enough for reading. Consider using an adjustable light that can shine on a hand-held book not the floor. Thanks.
